I never used 21Bet before, I came across 21bet after I looked up gambling sites with UK licences on google as I thought that would mean I was protected!

After making my first deposit I had soon lost it, fair enough. I then made a further £200 deposit and I managed to win my losses back as well as made some profit.

So I then make a withdrawal and hours later I try and log in and it says account closed, I had no emails and not even a welcome email. Live chat is claiming I had self excluded they state :

"Your account was self excluded on a different site under the same FSB licence, we do not have further any information about this"

Totally false and strange how they cant even provide any details to this alleged claim and why would their system even allow a self excluded player to even be allowed to sign up and deposit?

It seems 21Bet can claim all sorts without any evidence for an excuse to withhold winnings. It also seems they do not comply with UK gambling laws and I will be asking the gambling commission to look into this.

Its a win win for this casino, if you lose they keep your funds and if you win they will keep them! if you look on ThePOGG website, they have black listed 21Bet as well as stating they use pirate software, so trust 21Bet at your own peril. I will not let this matter drop or go away, I am willing to issue a small claims court against 21bet and asking for their licence to be revoked due to this illegal behaviour.

Just horrible. They promote having a "live chat", yet when you press the live chat button the only option you have is to send a message that will be answered in a few days through mail. The odds bonus does only last for 7 days so not being able to answer important questions in a couple days is very serious.

Don't pay you out and can't get hold of them no phone number just an email address that they don't reply to waiting on 12k from them and I honestly don't think they are going to pay me out any one know how I could take this further

I have waithing sine 18.08.2018 for my withdrawal. But the siktes look greit. If They Get better to make withdrawals so make i the siktes like a 5 stars.....

Not a bad betting company at all. A lot easier to become a VIP then with some major companies I played before. They were processing my withdrawals quite fast. Once I reached 2k or 3k they requested documents. Verified my account in no time at all. So quite happy with that. Odds could be better but I'm happy with the bonuses I get as a VIP.

I'm awaiting the withdrawals to be processed more than a month!

I'd give zero if it was an option. I've been trying to withdraw funds for three weeks now but have been unable due to a 'technical issue'. If been in contact with them many times in the live chat to get the explanation that it will be solved shortly and I will be contacted by email, which never happens. Terrible platform, incompetent customer support. Stay a million miles away from this place.

I have not done that many bets on this website and have won very little money. However they still see it fit to restrict me from all promotions. Absolute jokers. Avoid.

One of the worst betting companies I have used.

Their traders obviously have little discretion to take a position on an outcome. They would rather follow the crowd and offer the most widely available prices on offer elsewhere.

Their promotions are unattractive and offers are often withdrawn without notification unless you can find whichever page they have hidden it.

The website is basic and the in-play markets are difficult to navigate.

No cash out options are available.

A company with a very poor online platform that will link your account with another one that never existed before.
If you, as a new customer, do not have an answer for them to "How is it possible your account to be linked with another account?", more than "I am just a new customer that opened an account with your company for the first time in my life, I have sent you all the security documents required... Maybe is a computer error at your company or you use the same online platform as other bet company in the UK with whom possibly I have opened an account" (as different websites reviews mentioned).
Maybe the truth is that I am just a foreigner for UK, and it does not matter that I am a decent person.

Excellent customer service and promotions.

Been using online betting/gaming accounts for about 20 years and used well over 50 different firms in that time. By some margin 21 bet is by the worst company I have ever come across. For me I gamble out of enjoyment, like everyone you have good days and bad days but it's the overall experience you encounter that matters and determines whether you will give them repeat business and use the site again. Rather than betting being fun using 21bet left me angry and frustrated.
I use Oddschecker regularly to compare prices and saw an advert on there from 21bet of deposit £10 and get £30 free. At the time there was lots of firms with all different kind of offers competing for your business but I chose these, just because it was the 1st one I saw that I hadn't used before, stupid because since I have come to realise there is a lot more companies with much better welcome/joining offers so it's worth looking around.
Anyway I followed all the criteria, signed up, deposited £10, bet with it and won £35. After winning I tried to log into my account and it said my account was temporarily suspended please contact customer service for more information. So I spoke to someone from their team on Live Chat who said he would speak to security and would email me back. I checked my email for the next 24 hours but nothing except for a Welcome to 21bet email. A further 2 days passed and still nothing despite the account still being suspended without any email or reasoning. So due to it being 3 days after opening I thought I would phone them but amazingly they don't have a Customer Service contact number for you to ring them on so I sent them an email and received a reply to say 'Thanks for contacting the 21BET Help Team, we are experiencing a high level of queries at this moment in time but will respond as quickly as possible'. As soon as I got that alarm bells rang because people only ever get in touch with customer services if they have a problem so the fact they had a high level meant there wasn't only me having problems.
I thought if the problem was down to verification then rather than waste more days I may as well just send in copies of my passport, my driving licence (showing my current address) and my bank card I had used to deposit in advance. I then got a reply several hours later with no apology for the service or delay I had encountered, instead it was just thanks for your documents and have you ever had a 21bet account before and was the deposit a non UK transaction. So I replied no never had an account which I haven't else I definitely would have remembered them and the card I used which they had copies of was a Halifax UK debit card so how is that non UK. Today I received even more stalling excuses with they need a full A4 copy of my bank/credit card statement or utility bill, for me they are private and it's not like I am applying for a loan. It was a £10 deposit and I have given them copies of my passport or driving licence that clearly displays my address plus my bank card and at the end of the day my account balance is only £35.
So if you are looking to open a new account please look around because in my opinion there is so many better online companies out there like Bet365, 32red, Poker/Bet stars, Coral, Ladbrokes to name a few however if you perhaps want your account suspending once you win with no communication telling you of this action or if you want to go through the above experience I have had and you want to add to their high level of queries/problems then please feel free to register with 21bet. Otherwise stick well clear my friends.
