Lisa understood exactly what we wanted straight away. We had the most amazing honeymoon packed with some incredible experiences and I wouldn’t have changed any of it for the world.

This was our fourth holiday booked through 2by2 travel and as always, it fully lived up to all our expectations. Arrangements for flights and hotels were perfect. We were met on arrival at the various airports by friendly and helpful representatives. We stayed in the South Luangwa National Park with Robin Pope Safaris and had a wonderful time, staying at Nsefu and Tena Tena fixed camps and three days walking from bush camp to bush camp. We will certainly use 2By2 when booking our next trip to Africa. Zikomo.

We had the most amazing holiday organised and managed by 2by2 Holidays. The final itinerary suggested by Jackie was brilliant and everything worked seamlessly - all connections were spot-on! The safari camp was exceptional and met our brief perfectly. This was the first time we had used 2by2 and our first trip to Africa - it won't be our last for either! We had excellent communication from the company, during the planning stage, which continued through the stages involved, keeping us up to date, if information changed. Even up to a few days before we left to start our adventure of a life time, answering emails almost immediatly was reasuring. Our contact was 1st class. Two of our party have some mobility issues, and assistance was there to help us through the airport, in the UK and Kenya, ive never gone through the security and arrived at the boarding gate so quickly but it made the airport experience almost enjoyable. Once we were in Niarobi we were met and taken to our hotel for our 1st of a 2 night stay. The hotel was very comfortable and on our 2nd night we ate in the resturant, along with a buffet style, food was cooked to order and very tasty. We met our driver / guide Ian on our first morning. He was a very pleasent and welcoming, we had a 'safety' brief, and talked of the 3 places we would visit, while still in Nairobi. We hand fed the Rothschild Giraffe at the Giraffe centre, set up to try and save this endangered breed of giraffe, then onto the Daphne Sheldrake elephant orphanage, where they rescue and care for young abandoned elephants, we were there to watch the morning milk feeding session. Ive watch what they do for many years, via tv and YouTube, but to be there, to see it happening in front of me was exciting and a memory i will never forget. At this time July 2025, they had a very young ellephant, just about 4 months old, she had been in their care for about 3 weeks and the other young elephants were very protective of her. In the afternoon we went into Nairobi National park, being able to see the city but being sourounder by wildlife was amazing. The highlight of this bush trip was seeing eleven, yes 11 white rhino. We were able to get close, some were actually stood on the track we were on.
During our safari experience, we stayed in 3 areas, Amboseli, Lakes Naivasha and Nakuru and the Masai Mara, all amazing places, offering, different habitats and lots of close up wildlife seeing opportunities. The only downside was the amount of traveling in between however our driver/ guide Ian knew lots of information about the towns and villages we passed through as well as what maybe possible to see along the way. Ian was a mind of information, he also had a good knowledge on flora and forna, his bird spotting skills helped my husband spot over 140+ species of birds, 70+, that he had never see before. What Ian didnt know probably was worth knowing. He made our trip a wonderful experience for us, nothing was too much trouble, on 2 occasions he was able to alter our room allocation so we didnt have to walk as far to the accomadation reception and resturant amenities, which helped us use everyrhing available. Taking us back to the airport was a sad day, we had to say goodbye to our new friend, he worked hard to make our safari a once in a lifetime experience. If you get Ian, please say hi to him from us
We flew to Mombasa and we taken to Diani beach, about 1½ hour drive away, we were an hour later than planned, as the plane was delayed, however once we arrived at our destination, we had a small boat trip out to Chale island as the tide was in, usually it can be reached by boat or tractor and trailer, once checked in, we were guided to the resturant, who had stayed open just for us, closing time was 9pm, we sat down at 11.30pm and ate freshly prepared hot food off the menu and although late eating it was delicious. We were guided to our room and slept peacfully till the following morning. We met in recption on our first morning to hear all the information we needed, then were left to enjoy a little bit of paradice for 3 more days, everyone was friendly, helpful, and they even gave 1 of our group a wheelchair to move around the island more easily.
Going back to the airport for the journey home was hitch free and getting through the airport was as quick Kenya side as it was in the UK, for our overnight flight home.
Overall, this 12 night stay was jam packed with experiences that will be hard to top.

We booked a bespoke holiday to Peru and Brazil. From the start Lisa listened to our requirements of timing, locations, places to see and hotels. Lisa was meticulous with exceptional and timely in planning of our itinerary. Her organisation and customer service were outstanding and made our phenomenal holiday.
The hotels were beautiful and individually unique, the staff were very attentive and courteous. The guides were very knowledgeable and drivers were all been punctual.
The flight programme, seven in total, all worked perfectly to allow time to make the connections and miss nothing from our itinerary.
We cannot thank you enough Lisa and team for the attention to detail, customer experience and professionalism that you gave us from point of enquiry to the end of our exceptional and stress-free holiday.

2by2 organised a great honeymoon. Always happy to make changes, add their advice. We had our flight cancelled going out but Susan was so quick too and helpful in getting us booked onto a later flight. Would highly recommend.

I booked a safari to Kenya for my sister and I. We travelled in June 2025. My sister is paraplegic. Confined to a manual wheelchair.

The holiday was fantastic. The jeep had a ramp. All lodges on safari were amazing. The staff were happy to help. But best of all the driver/guide (Leonard) did a fantastic job. He really made the holiday special for my sister and I.

Great trip to Mexico, toured the Yucatan peninsula and Mexico city. Arrangements, hotels and guides were all very good. Hotels were well chosen and everything went well.

We done the Peru and Brazil trip. We went to machu pichu, lake titicaca, iguazu falls, Rio etc.
couldn’t have asked for better service. From booking it and arranging an intinery that suits me it was brilliant. I was dealing with Kate for the most part who was so helpful. Then towards the end I was dealing with Susan who was equally just at helpful.

We had the trip of a lifetime! Definitely would reccomend to anyone looking for a big trip

Everything worked perfectly in accordance with the plans made with you. We were particularly impressed with Jan La Roux, from your South African Agents, who went to a lot of personal trouble to ensure any road problems did not divert us from getting to our destinations at the appropriate time.

Far more affordable package than any other agency I contacted and the proposed itinerary was really good. Only thing I would point out is that before proposing the final itinerary it would be great if we could get some options and suggestions.

We did a three week extensive tour of Southern Africa and all arrangements went like clockwork (apart from an unexpected hitch completely out of anyone’s control which was handled superbly by the local supplier). From the advice in planning, to the support while travelling 2by 2 were wonderful. Kate handled most of our arrangements and was knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I would use 2by 2 again.

Kate at 2by2 was very thorough and professional in all correspondence. She also was able to amend our planned flights via Istanbul with Turkish airlines for a direct easyJet flight from Luton direct to Tbilisi. Very happy with the service.

Just back from a wonderful fortnight in South Africa. Susan was great from start to finish, we have a young child so we needed activities to suit everyone. The safari in Sanbona was excellent and Susan was available for any hiccups along the way. All the accomodation was top notch. Would definitely recommend 2by2. Thank you
