We knew what we wanted for our holiday with some specific requirements and budget, but initially they didn't seem to take these into account with their suggestions, plus we had to make some suggestions to bring it into budget. That said, we eventually managed to get a satisfactory outcome. The safari holiday itself was excellent. 2By2 were also excellent in contacting us and sorting out the return journey arrangement when the internal flight was cancelled and alternative arrangements had to be made.

Just back from a 12 night birdwatching trip to Costa Rica - what a fantastic experience! First time using 2by2 & I found everything to be very well organised, great communication throughout the booking & would recommend both Alfredo's company on the ground in Costa Rica & 2by2 for arrangements

Costa Rica is a great place if you enjoy nature, the Costa Rica tour company 2by2 use are great, No stress and on the ball.

Everything was well organised from start to finish. This was our third holiday with them and would thoroughly recommend 2by2 Holidays. Outstanding customer service. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble when contacting staff.

I went on a birdwatching holiday to Costa Rica with 2by2 and I can honestly say the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
There were eight of us in the group, plus a guide and driver, making ten in total, visiting the best birding sites the country has to offer (which is a lot!), and staying in some fantastic accommodation along the way.
I can't fault anything about this trip: accommodation, food, birdwatching, guides, all were great.
I will definitely be using 2by2 again in future

Excellent holiday from the moment we stepped into the car to Heathrow all the arrangements fell into place giving us confidence that our expectations would be met and we were not disappointed. Transindus the small group agents were very professional and as a nervous passenger the driver manoeuvred the Delhi traffic with ease. We got a real taste of India and even took part in the Holy Holi celebrations. Dubai was a total contrast. Standing on the 154th floor of the Burj Khalifa with a glass of champagne brought our holiday to its climax. We love the convenience of the Vamoos app having all the arrangements/tickets in one place. 2by2 is our preferred Holiday Company from now on.

Brilliant from start to finish

Everything was planned to perfection, the accomodation and food was all excellent and the whole trip was planned to perfection. When I wanted to extend my stay I was given advice about where to stay which turned out to be excellent. Our guide, Danny was superb and made every effort to make sure everyone had the chance to see every bird and helped everyone to see everything they especially wanted to see.

2by2 Holidays were very helpful and personable and ensured the trip went without a hitch. They kept us well informed and were available should a problem have occurred. An excellent service and would certainly use them again.

Our birding and photography holiday with Alfredo Scott of Wild Bird Tours and organisation and itinerary by Kate and 2by2 holidays was utterly awesome.. We could not have hoped for more. Kate and all the staff at 2by2 are always there if you have any problems and so friendly and approachable. We would not hesitate to book another holiday with them. The app, VAMOOS, sent by 2by2, beautifully showed every detail of the trip, including a log book, important information, flight details and maps detailing our route plus much more. Great tailor made trip to explore the wildlife of Uganda including mountain gorillas and chimpanzees. Third time we have used 2 by2 holidays and would not hesitate to recommend them.Excellent bespoke personal service.

Great birding holiday in Costa Rica with an incredible bird guide, Henry, and a wonderful friendly & safe coach driver Millor. Lodge accommodation and food were great, very Eco friendly. Could not recommend more highly.

Just returned from an amazing 4 weeks trip to Chile, Argentina and Brazil organised by 2By2 Holidays. Our original rather vague ideas about a holiday in South Africa were turned into a very well-organised bespoke tour by 2by2 Holidays. The choice of hotels and lodges was excellent. When things went slightly wrong (eg Robben Island tours cancelled - not 2by2's fault) they were very quick to respond and sort things out.

Excellent efficient service from beginning to end.
Nothing was too much trouble even out of normal office hours!
