We offer a wide range of holiday homes across different grades and price points to suit a variety of preferences and budgets. While static caravans are built to standard designs, their layouts and sizes can vary depending on the model and age. Older static caravans are generally more compact than lodges, but their design makes practical use of the available space, which is part of the traditional caravan holiday experience.

We had a wonderful holiday at Walton On Nase the park was so clean and friendly. The caravan was a bit basic but we had a great time and it was as so nice to be able to take the dog who was made very welcome.

We stayed for 5 nights absolutely beautiful. View of the sea so clean and tidy. Shop well stocked club house fair only because we had dog and only had a small area inside to eat. But food and drink good.
Will book again stunning.

Lovely caravan in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay at 42 Kittiwake. The caravan was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Easy to find and situated in a lovely, quiet spot on the park, making it ideal for a relaxing break.
Great location for accessing the local shops and facilities in Scratby, and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed visiting California Cliffs beach, Hemsby, Caister, Great Yarmouth and further afield to Potter Heigham, Acle and Horning.
A lovely place to stay, with plenty to see and do nearby. Would happily recommend!

Issues on Arrival and Disappointing Complaint Resolution a caravan at for family…
We booked Steeple Bay 10c through 2cHolidays for family attending our wedding. Unfortunately, on arrival they found food left in the oven, an unemptied kitchen bin, a detached bathroom light fitting, a loose stair rail and stained seating, which was disappointing and suggested the property had not been checked thoroughly before their stay.
For a four-night stay costing over £500, we expected the property to be better prepared for guests.
After the holiday, I raised these concerns with 2cHolidays. While they responded professionally, investigated the issues and acknowledged some of the concerns, they declined to offer any financial compensation because the problems had not been reported during the stay. The only goodwill gesture offered was a future booking discount together with complimentary early check-in and late check-out.
I appreciate the time taken to investigate the complaint, but I was disappointed that issues present on arrival were not recognised with compensation for the stay itself. There is room for improvement in both pre-arrival property checks and complaint handling.

We were genuinely sorry to hear that there were aspects of the property your family were unhappy with, and the feedback provided following their stay was extremely valuable to us.We only wish these concerns had been brought to our attention while your family were still at the property, as this would have given us the opportunity to put things right for them at the time. Nevertheless, the points raised afterwards were investigated and followed up with the relevant teams.
Not every complaint will result in a financial payment, particularly where we have not been given the opportunity to resolve concerns during the holiday. However, that does not mean the feedback is any less important or is simply dismissed. In this instance, we felt that providing goodwill benefits towards a future stay offered something of greater value to you and the owner, while also ensuring the feedback was used constructively to help the property owner maintain the standards expected.

Lovely caravan on a great park
Lovely caravan on a great park , perfect for us , clean and tidy , quiet and wildlife wandering around like ducks rabbits and hares and was just a short walk to the beach and town.
The caravan had everything you could possibly need and was clean and comfortable, the beds were super comfy , all in all we had the perfect break away

Booking for Manor Park Hunstanton site
Returned from a 2 night stay at Manor Park in Hunstanton and this is our 3rd time booking with 2cHolidays.
Staff friendly when called to check a booking. Site is clean and located close to the beach. Never had a problem and would definitely recommend them.

She is always so helpful with me, and my sometimes repetitive questions.
We get loyalty discounts and offers for repeat bookings, and love the Azure seas site at Corton where we stay regularly on long weekend and midweek breaks.

Friendly helpful company
This is solely a review of 2c holidays rather than the actual accommodation.The company was great.Booking was easy.They kept us informed about derails of our holiday and what to expect.They answered any queries quickly and concisely and it was so nice to straight away talk to a real person.The caravan we chose did have a few issues in that it was a bit tired and provided only one cooking tray that was in a poor unusable state from previous use.We reported the issues and 2c answered immediately and advised they would pass issues onto the owner.

We decided to rent our holiday home…
We decided to rent our holiday home through 2C and it was the worst decision we have ever made,
the damaged caused was so upsetting. They gave compensation to guests from your earnings at ridiculous
amounts with no consultation for silly things. You have no idea how much you are earning until the statement
is released 3 times a year. You are given potential rental prices that look great, but then they give reductions and
discounts out to guests. This means that your property is being rented at very low per night costs.
We said dogs were not allowd but there was evidence that they had been staying, this was also confirmed by our neighbours.
There is no point in contacting them with your concerns as they are not interested.
Everything is in favour of the guest and deducted from your earnings if things go wrong. Please think twice before
renting through this company if you value your holiday home and how it is going to be treated.

We have looked into this carefully, but unfortunately we cannot identify an owner or account under the name Anton Bridges. We appreciate that the review may have been left by a partner or family member of an owner; however, without being able to identify the property concerned, we are unable to comment on any individual circumstances.
We would, however, like to clarify some of the more general points raised, as we feel the review could give prospective owners a misleading impression of how our service operates.
Our owner payment schedule is clearly set out from the outset, and statements and payments are made three times per year. This is therefore not something that owners discover after joining us.
Similarly, our rental price guide is provided and agreed before an owner signs their rental agreement. We do not simply deviate from those agreed prices. Any applicable discounts and the way in which bookings, maintenance and other costs are managed are governed by the terms agreed with the owner when they choose to rent their property through us.
We take the care of the privately owned holiday homes entrusted to us extremely seriously. With hundreds of properties under our management, we have established processes for cleaning, maintenance and guest support, and we will always work hard to ensure owners' properties are well looked after. Where maintenance is required, this is arranged in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
We are naturally disappointed to read the suggestion that there is "no point" in owners contacting us with concerns. We have dedicated Owner Services and Property Services teams specifically to support our owners, and concerns raised with us are investigated and responded to.
We would never suggest that holiday letting is entirely without risk of accidental damage, maintenance requirements or occasional guest complaints. Our role is to manage those situations fairly and professionally, while balancing the interests of both our property owners and their paying guests.
If Anton Bridges is connected to one of our owners, we would genuinely welcome direct contact so that we can identify the account and discuss any specific concerns properly. In the meantime, we felt it important to correct the general points above so that anyone considering working with 2cHolidays has a more accurate understanding of how our owner agreements operate.
