Great service and a great product

Not yet tested the speakers we purchased, but the description and images on the site were clear and informative, shipping was swift, and it was incredibly well packaged. Easily one of the best packed parcels I have received in a while, and left no doubt that the speakers were kept safe in transit. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered online and my new amp arrived a few days later, well packaged and unharmed.
Was on the lookout for a new amp when my old one died. Funds wouldn't allow a new one of similar spec so I thought I'd try the second hand market and a google search found 2ndhandhifi. A very nice pre-loved Creek Evolution 5350 was on offer for under £400, I took a chance and ordered. Very happy, a lovely amp with a great sound in near perfect condition.
Thank you 2ndhandhifi.

So easy and fast. Good accurate description and really excellent item. Very please.
I'm definitely looking at getting a DAC from 2ndhandhifi! Thanks

thoroughly delighted with my purchase, the deck sounds great, in immaculate condition and is exactly what I have been looking for

very well packaged and protected for delivery

thank you

Great service providing great quality gear

I have been dealing with 2ndhandhifi for many years, as both buyer and seller of Naim, Linn, Sugden, Harbeth, Rega and Chord equipment . They are well established, stock a wide range of high quality gear and offer a guarantee so for me it makes no sense to risk buying from an unknown on an auction site when I can deal with them and have peace of mind for a negligible premium

Honest and great advise. Extremely well packed and very quickly delivered. The amp itself is as near as dammit, as new.

I couldn't be happier with their all round service, pricing and service

Great experience, easy to use website, great product which has transferred my vinyl experience, will definitely use again.

Very helpfull and fast delivery

Great choice of premium brand products in great condition.

Really pleased with the turntable i received and was as described.
Great communication and quick delivery and well packaged.

Very impressed with both these headphones and the very careful packing they came in. Everything oozed quality and care. Much appreciated and happy to recommend. Will certainly use again.

I am extremely impressed with the Studio Connections Black Star XLR cables. After listening to them for several days, I can honestly say that they have exceeded all my expectations.

The sound is exceptionally transparent and detailed, with the entire frequency range reproduced naturally and without any apparent loss. What impressed me most is the combination of clarity and refinement — there is absolutely no harshness or artificial brightness, even with highly revealing recordings.

In fact, I now prefer the Black Star to my previously much-loved Atlas Mavros XLR, which is quite a statement.

The service was excellent too. The cable was dispatched and delivered remarkably quickly, and it arrived in perfect condition and beautifully packaged.

Highly recommended — both the product and the seller. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Excellent company to deal with. I have sold and bought items and service(collection and delivery) has always been exemplary.
