I'm from Dundalk and have a Cargo bike that nobody can service here. I had to rent a Gocar van which was very expensive so they agreed to give me same day service. I will be coming here in future. Thank you.

I’m new to road biking and went in to get a bike serviced and to purchase a few necessities for safety and comfort. The experience in every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they were all patient with the questions I had even when the shop was busy. The cost for the service seemed reasonable and they didn’t try to oversell me on gear as a beginner - shoes, helmet, lights, computer, etc. I’m hoping I enjoy the cycling experience and if so, I’ll be happy to return and be a repeat customer.

Excellent service at 360 cycles! The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The service is quick, and they take the time to explain clearly what needs to be done, always giving you different options so you can make the best decision.

I really appreciate how honest they are. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or sell me something I didn’t need. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

Overall Tom and the rest of the staff were great, knowledgeable and quick get things done helpful, can’t complain for the job done, communication is on point, got few tips that cane in handy, happy to find a good spot to get my bike fixed or serviced

There were very good lines of communication and I felt looked after. The staff are clearly very knowledgeable and responded pretty much immediately to every question and request I had.
They helped me in every way they could, and even managed to get the bike in a colour which I wanted but thought was not available. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend 360 Cycles very highly.

Excellent service from the team.

Max and Nilsen helped me online, over the phone and in person. I described what I needed and they took the time to match several bikes to my needs.

The lads didn’t try to up-sell me on more expensive models but gave me exactly what I’d asked for.

The bike is excellent but the service these guys provide really stands out. Would recommend for anyone getting into cycling / triathlons who’s not quite sure what they need.

Abbiamo noleggiato una electric bike e una gravel per 4 giorni facendo tutto il Royal Canal. A parte due forature, tutto perfetto. Su nostra richiesta pressante abbiamo avuto camera d'aria e set di chiavi Brugola, così abbiamo potuto riparare e proseguire.
Ottime bici, la gravel in particolare nuova e di elevata qualità. Per essere ancora meglio dovrebbero montare pneumatici rinforzati. Prezzi giusti per l'Irlanda.

I had repairs on two bikes recently.. The lads were so helpful and efficient . Definitely my go to place for bike maintenance .
