I've rented a Merida Scultura Endurance 400 road bike for 2 weeks to ride in Ireland. The bike was great. It was like new and sturdy enough to survive 1300 kms worth of rides (on not always the best tarmac).

360 Cycles provides a superb service. Not only are the team extremely knowledgeable, but they are also highly professional in everything they do. You can ask them any question and be confident that you’ll get a helpful and knowledgeable answer.

I wish more businesses followed their example of how customer service should be done. They are a prime example of how to genuinely care about your customers.

Even though I’ve now moved to Rush, I still choose 360 Cycles for servicing and looking after my bicycle. That says a lot about the quality of their service. Highly recommended!

Scam: to pack our bikes for the plane, we were sold, for 85 euros, 3 old boxes that were going to be thrown in the trash. We had ordered 3 large boxes and we got only one large and two small ones.

Great experience dealing with the folk in 360 cycles. Ordered my bike through them on the bike to work scheme and they were fantastic at answering any questions I had. Really happy with everything I'd definitely purchase through them again.

I've been doing business w 360 since they opened apx 10 years ago. I started building bikes as a hobby which means a lot of annoying questions for them. They are technically excellent and unfailingly patient and kind. I can not recommend them highly enough!

I came to the shop and asked questions about the cycle to work scheme and the owners Tomas and Marius explained everything clearly. They helped my son pick a bike out and said it would take a week to arrive from europe. These guys are extraordinary people with their staff helping out and making everything clear before purchase. Thank you from me and my son.

The team were great in supporting my 7 year old to choose her first proper bike. Great patience and advice.

Excellent service!

I popped in today needing a bottom bracket pressfitted into a bike frame for an MTB holiday I'm going on. I had the new bracket in hand and explained I was under pressure; the guys in the shop were AMAZING even though they were busy, they got it done in 15-20 mins while I waited.

I ordered an.aero bottle for my bike it came with no lid. I rang 360 to inform was told they would ring me back but no call back.

I was looking to buy the Cube Acid X-Lock-Gopro Adapter but quickly learned that stock is extremely hard find and often requires special ordering with waiting times of several months.

I had the option on the 360 Cycles webpage, to notify me if the item is back in stock (which other sites do also). However the only response I got to date was from 360 Cycles who had sourced the item from their suppliers within 3 days.

Several weeks later, 360 Cycles were still the only reply I got from all the "notify me" submissions and I'm happily using the adapter as intended.

Thanks 360 Cycles, I wanted it, you had it, I got it.... job done.

360 Cycles is my go to place for repairs and service. Staff are always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and upfront on pricing. Appreciate the quick turnaround for puncture repair to get me back on the road quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These guys love bikes - and it shows! They know everything and have the greatest range of bikes and accessories. But if you want any work done on your bike, book very early! They’re ultra professional, courteous, and price fairly.

Always great friendly service from all the staff. You can tell that they are passionate about cycling and their job which is infectious. Would highly recommend.
