Sloooooow performance ...
Took much too long time for this order to be shipped out and to be delivered, around 2 weeks between Hong Kong and Guangzhou. And you pay high freight cost for this sloooooow performance. Don't blame the freight company, it's your job to organize this.

Stephan
We appreciate your feedback.
Upon a close inspection, we found that your order was placed on 30/July, a tracking number was provided on 01/Aug, and the order was dispatched from the warehouse on 03/Aug and delivered on 10/Aug, which is 7 calendar days, or 6 working days for transit.
if in doubt about delivery times, you are most welcome to contact our customer service for clarification, this transit time is very normal for orders being delivered to Mainland China.
Also, if you need an order urgently, just ask!
A phone call, a WhatsApp, an email, all are answered very quickly
We are not a faceless behemoth like Amazon or eBay, we are just a phone call away for any clarification if in doubt,
So, a kind advice, please don't give trash ratings to small businesses just because you are not sure what to expect.
have a good day.

Dear Customer
Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot to us.
Unfortunately, The delivery in SGP is done by SGP Post, and there is very little we (or anyone else) can do to change the delivery times.
Also, Please note that free shipping is the most basic shipping option, suitable for non-urgent orders, for faster/urgent deliveries, you are welcome to contact our customer service to check the latest available options for your location.
We indeed have a certain MOQ, as mentioned by you, this is a common e-commerce practice.
Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback, hope to serve you again.
Kind Regards

Overall - great experience
Arrived quickly although the local delivery was a tad slow. The contact lens price is great but the shipping rate is somewhat high.

Thanks a lot for your kind feedback :-)
As we charge a fixed shipping cost, you can take advantage by ordering more, so the overall cost per box is cheaper.

Good service and good result
Came on time within 4 weeks, my contacts are toric type which takes a bit longer time. Packed nicely and arrived with no damage. The contacts are great, exact to my prescription. Highly recommended and I will definitely purchase my contacts here again.

High Powered Lenses Go to Place
Due to my high power lenses, it is difficult to have a place to shop for lenses. But here, i have a vast choice for it and i have been patronising here for a few years. They have always meet my request and never fail to meet my expectations.
