David was excellent, answered all my queries.

I have always been pleased with the prices, quality, and quick delivery of the cartridges I receive.
When my printer recently died, I wanted to replace it with another Canon printer that used the same ink cartridges. When I mentioned this to David Smith, he immediately sent me a list of all the Canon printers that use the same cartridges. I was unable to find one of those. However, I made sure to find a Canon printer that uses cartridges that 499ink carries, and they happen to cost the same as the other ones.
I contacted David to ask if I could exchange the old, unopened cartridges for the new ones. He asked how many I had of each color, then said I could return them for a store credit (minus a restocking fee, which is reasonable). He sent me the information needed to do so.
I am extremely pleased with how this was handled. David certainly went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.
I have told friends about 499ink. Some have tried it and are very happy with the money they saved and the quality of the compatible inks.

Staff are very responsive and reasonable (particularly David Smith, with whom I interacted). Prices are really, really good.

I received 3 cartridges that didn’t work. I made another order and it worked. I contacted David who sent me directions for something that had nothing to do with my problem. Because one of their cartridges worked it was not an issue with my printer. Won’t be ordering from them again

Used remanufactered cartridges ordered from this company on my Epson workforce pro. Replaced my black cartridge. Shows full but prints nothing. Several emails later doing everything asked and sending pictures of the printing as requested an all I get is they will escalate it to proper dept. so now my printer is useless till they replace defective cartridge and no word on if or when they will do that.so much for 100% satisfaction!

Needed more cartridges but sale date had passed . 499inks still gave us the discount due to us being a loyal and prior customer. Great service, great company, great emplyeee associate.

I had ordered new ink cartridges but when I received the confirmation email, I was not sure I had ordered the correct ones for my particular printer since only the brand (not the specific type of printer) was listed. I contacted the company via Live Chat and David Smith responded immediately. He was very helpful and assured me that I had ordered the correct cartridges. They're friendly and knowledgeable sales team can assist you in selecting the right options. Price point to performance ratio they have the goods—OEM or after market!

We had a problem on the first order that had to do with our printer but 499 inks gave us a credit. Impressively, they have reached out to let us know they have the product in that we need so we are making that purchase. Patrick has been very helpful all along. It has been a good experience so far.

I like the service and how I was made good on some bad ink cartridges...with no problems...I highly recommend this company and it works....
