Great experience ordering from them since 2016, good quality for their HP ink and fast ship

i ordered 2 cartridges for my HP Officejet pro 8610, Received two that don't work as the electronic tag is missing, tried to contact the company to no avail, seems like their system is set up to stymie any efforts to contact them. Totally frustrating experience

Have had about 50% of cartridges not work well at all, they replaced one but now are not standing by 1 yr. warranty and only offer 10% off the next order. The prices have almost doubled as well. Last time I called, the Indian guy rudely hung up on me. Bummer...

happy with the quality of the samsung toner, arrived in 2 days so no complaints on shiping either

So far so good with my HP 950 inks. Wish they would add the 952 model sooner rather than later

It is great that we have OPTIONS EVEN AT A HIGHER COST.

I bought a colored ink cartridge that was defective. I did all the trouble shooting suggested and then went to their chat line for further help. The first agent just gave me the suggestions that I had already explained I had done. He then left the conversation sending a message I had been put back in the queue. I waited on the computer almost an hour without any return response. I started two more chats and both times an agent "entered" the conversation then immediately left and put me back in the queue without any conversation. I have spent way too many hours trying to get help with my defective cartridge. I have requested a return authorization and prepaid postage via both chat line and email, but have still not had any response.

I have ordered ink cartridges from 499 inks several times with no problem. This time my Dell V313W printer will not recognise the new cartridge. I have tried every thing on the flyer, several times, without success. I ordered it on or about 2/18/2016 and received it on 2/23/2016. I would like to have it replaced. I will send this one back if you will let me know how. Please expedite this as I am entirely out of ink. Thank you, Alice Elder .

I ordered black ink for my printer and I am satisfied with the quality of the ink cartridge.

I have purchased replacement ink cartridges a couple times from 499inks.com and they work great and last longer than other remanufactured ones I purchased from other sellers. Also, I receive them very quickly. Can't beat the price!
