Dealing with 4over is relatively simple and has a quick turn-around time. Great pricing & products.

We had tried for almost two weeks to get some flags ordered with no luck. One of our designers reached out via chat multiple times, called, we had even reached directly out to our sales rep, Joe Walsh with no response from him. We were not able to preview the preflight to ensure that the order was correct before finalizing. I had to pull the order and go elsewhere.

I like that everything is broken down for you on the website. I don't have to go searching for things

I placed an order at 10pm. I uploaded the wrong file. I immediately tried to cancel the order but there was not an option to do so. I emailed customer service and received a email saying they would see if they could stop the job. I called customer service as soon as they opened at 6am and spoke with a rep that said she would get back to me in an hour but never did. I called and spoke with another customer service rep and was told the same thing, they would contact me and let me know if they could get the code to upload a new file. Never received an update and emailed the customer service back to ask for updates. After all of that my order was printed with the wrong file and no one could help me or contact me back.

Fairly easy online ordering - could be a little easier if the terminology on the site was better. Got my order quickly and in good shape.

I have been a 4over customer since 2008. The products and pricing has allowed me to grow an amazing print broker aspect to my business over these many years. I have tried other online brokers over the years for comparison, and have never found another that can beat the amount of products, the pricing, and customer service. Don’t get me wrong, they are not perfect, no one is. But in the 18 years I have been using them, the pros have always outweighed the cons. I would always highly recommend 4over to anyone looking to grow a printing resource.

The print quality is good, but the website is frustrating to navigate. It’s cluttered with outdated pages and confusing processes that make ordering harder than it should be. Customer support is nearly impossible to reach, so be prepared to figure things out on your own. A modern website and better support would make a huge difference.

You mess up my custom orders far too often, causing delays, reprints, and extremely long turnaround times. These mistakes have resulted in customer complaints and have even caused me to lose business.

The estimating department is unprofessional and inconsistent. I have submitted new estimates that were exactly the same as previous orders, yet the pricing suddenly increased to nearly three times the original cost without any reasonable explanation.

On top of that, prices continue to rise while the quality of the paper keeps declining. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed with the overall service, quality control, and pricing practices.
