Well, they always seems to have just what we want at a very good price. The website is easy to use and I really like to know the shipping cost first hand! Only twice in all the years we've been using Zoo, we've had some mistakes, but they made it right!!

I've been ordering from Zoo Printing for probably 15 years now. Their prices are always very competitive and products are high quality so I know I'm getting a great value. I appreciated the quick responsiveness of their customer service, when needed.

Over the years I've ordered business cards, flyers, restaurant menus, flags, window cling, posters, and more. Their turnaround time was reasonable when I lived on the East Coast and still are even now I've moved to the West Coast since they have multiple facilities throughout the country.

Their website takes some getting used to but if I can't find what I'm looking for in their menu then their search bar is helpful. I also appreciate their transparency about pricing, particularly shipping rates. They give plenty of options for your delivery needs and budget.

Lack of communication. Other suppliers I use send notifications on status and when job is shipped. Zoo Printing does neither

"We are not getting Order confirmation or Order shipped confirmation". In the past we used to get them immediately. What did you guys do? We need that information.

I’m in LA. Have ordered often with Zoo over the years and always got ground shipping from Glendale for arrival next day. But it’s been a while since my last order. This time I saw some fine print about shipping from other locations and I called and your rep said that since my order was so small (150 and 50 postcards, two different designs) it would likely ship from Glendale. Since I’d always gotten shipping from Glendale it seemed like that’s what would happen this time. To my surprise my shipment originated in Ohio and I missed my deadline and had to reorder from someone local. I guess it was my fault for not getting a 100% guarantee, and to be fair the rep did say he couldn’t give this kind of guarantee, but if you can’t do such a tiny order locally you really shouldn’t make any statements about the likelihood of where shipments will originate and just tell people it will be random or at your discretion. In future I will order from a local printer.
