If there was a negative zero that would be my review. I made a purchase that took a tremendous amount of time to receive and since it was a gift I didn’t open it. The humiliation as my family member opened a terribly wrapped box of parts that didn’t fit together. It was a guitarist windmill. I contacted Zenify via PayPal and they asked that I give them time to fix my issue. That was July. I was patient. Calls and emails were NOT returned si I placed a complaint via PayPal. Then PayPal within an hour sided with the vendor due to my delay in the complaint. I just couldn’t win. So I’m out 55.00 for a box of junk. BUYER BEWARE do NOT purchase anything from this Singapore based company

The product received does not remotely look like the product pictured in the ad. The company will not accept returns. I am still emailing with them to resolve this, but they want to give me a 20% my next order. I will never order from them again. I hope others read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a blood sugar tester on May 31st. It said it would arrive in 7 days. I contacted cutomer suport when the tracking stated it hadn't moved in 7 days, I was told to give them time to track it down. I contacted them again, I was told to be patient. 37 days later I got an oxygen sensor tester. I contacted the company again, they said no refunds and offered a 20% discount on my next order.

Totally misrepresented the product I ordered. Took over a month to receive. Only got a shipping notice when I filed a grievance with PayPal.

Paid months ago. Never received product. Bogus tracking info. Complaint to be filed with Attorney General.

Scam Scam Scam. False advertising. I hope they are happy with my money they scammed me out of. You can't even get in touch with them for a refund etc.

Company in Singapore so took 3 weeks to arrive, then it was the wrong product. They offered to full refund if I paid to send back or 30% refund to just keep it. I opted for 30% just to end the hassle. My fault for ordering from overseas company.

total scam company.....ordered a product that was supposed to be a glucose meter and they sent me a cheap oximeter. When confronting them with this they offered me a 15% discount but wouldn't let me return the product and denied my accusation. I'm going to notify Paypal and Meta.... Unfortunately there's not much more to do because they're in Asia

Scam! They sent me a fake pulse ox that I didn’t ordered. I ordered a non invasive blood glucose meter.

They send you a totally unrelated lump of plastic!! SCAM!!

They delivered TOTALLY DIFFERENT from my order . I was charged $29.96 x 3 = $94.84 and they delivered me a product that is only $3.50 @. I ordered ONRON non-invasive blood glucose meter with Blood pressure monitoring and pulse. They delivered a plain Pulse meter. They refused to refund me.

Do not order anything from them they do not refund any of your money, they do not get back to you, they send you a totally different product than what you order and then they try to convince themselves that they sent you the right thing one big scam

Terrible place This is a scam. I ordered a set of 5 flights. They send one. Totally different from the description. Don't waste your time. And more so your money

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 4Starventure. Their scam is they send you a completely different product when you order something and then refuse to refund your money unless you ship the product back to an apartment address in China at your expense ($40-$70 USPS)! The product is actually shipped from an address in Chicago, Illinois but they won’t allow shipment back to that warehouse which would only cost a few dollars. I was supposed to receive 2 blood glucose monitors but they sent a pulse oxygen device. Because I spent a month back and forth with them, PayPal sided with them because I was “outside their window” to file a complaint even though PayPal’s date to file a complaint for this purchase was April 2025. PayPal is just as bad as this company!

I ordered a medical device and they shipped me something totally different. I contacted them and never heard back. I then contacted Paypal who I used to pay them and was put into a never ending process where all they ask was whats wrong with what we shipped you. My answer was nothing is wrong other than it's not what I ordered. I just finally gave up. Was a little disappointed in Paypal.

I ordered a Tactical Pen for $29.95 plus shipping: $34.98.

The USB cord won’t plug into the pen, and I have repeatedly emailed the company in CHINA. Each time I get told to send more info, pictures, etc,, while they claim they can’t find my order!

I now have a resolution filed with Pay Pal, but the delays emailing 4starventure has caused my window of return to close! I am so upset. Their website says to CALL them in CHINA! That is not happening! Even without the time difference!

I should have known better than to order something from a Facebook video!

These guys are crooks. I too was lured at the prospect of a non invasive glucose monitor. They sent a pulse oximeter which I do not need. I traded 5 emails with them each time including their own email confirming the glucose meter was on the way. They ignored my proof and instead said hey checked their records and the sent the right thing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS A CHINESE COMPANY THAT US RUNNING A SCAM.

They advertised a glucose meter that clipped on your finger. I ordered it but I received a finger oximeter that records oxygen levels. I thought that might be nice, too, but it did not power on. I tried two sets of new batteries with no luck. I contacted the company and all they offered was a 20% refund and 30% off on another purchase. Sending the defective item back to China is too costly.

I ordered the Omni glucose monitor because I am s diabetic and am tired of pricking my fingers to check my glucose and noticed this company on Facebook. I placed an order and received it in the mail in November. It did not check my glucose - clearly said pulse ox on the box. I reached out to them but have not heard anything back so far - need an address where to send product back for refund. I paid $29.96 + $4.96 shipping and handling - It was false advertisement and they should not be allowed to mislead people. I worked hard for my money for many years and do not want a company like them to continue misleading people. Do not order from them!!!

I ordered two products advertised as Omni non-invasive blood glucose monitors. When I received them, I received them, the box said Oxygen monitors as that was another function they were supposed to perform. I placed new batteries in as directed. NEITHER of them worked. They would not even turn on. I sent numerous emails requesting return instructions and explained the problem. I never got a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. DON’T have anything to do with this company.
