Founded by vet and dog nutrition expert Dr Will, 5 Hounds creates healthy, fresh dog food solutions for real dogs. Our gently cooked, subscription-based meal plans and functional treats are deeply nourishing and human-grade, crafted with the same care you'd want for your family, because dogs are family. Dr Will created 5 Hounds after asking a simple question: "What can I feed my dogs to help them live a longer, healthier life?" As a veterinarian committed to animal health and ethical practices, he grew frustrated with the poor-quality, highly processed dog food available in Australia. Determined to do better for his own five hounds, he set out to create meals that were nutritionally complete, ethically sourced, human-grade and guided by science. Using his veterinary expertise, Dr Will developed a range of fresh, gently cooked dog food designed for optimal digestibility and long-term wellbeing. Today, he continues to lead 5 Hounds with the same mission: helping dogs live longer, happier, healthier lives through real food that truly nourishes. Every dog has unique nutritional needs and deserves tailored health support.

I’ve been using 5 Hounds for over a year and can’t recommend it highly enough. Lots of flavor options, very high quality and the team are a pleasure to deal with - friendly, competent and understanding.

We are really enjoying having 5 hounds…
We are really enjoying having 5 hounds in out new pups life
Makes thing so much easier no guess work its all figured out for ur pups needs and not just set and forget always touching base to check how our pup is going and how we are going with feeding and dietary changes and needs as pup get older. Nothing has been so easy and the ordering and delivery are fantastic and delivery times and allocation is also great. A happy to help attitude and buisness that does what they say they are going to do. I appreciate it as we all are so busy makes things less stressful.
We've been on it since we bought our pup home and not going to stop he is nearly 8mths old now
