Fab store. Arrived well package on time. The vinyl release was delayed by publisher and received a personalised email explaining the delay and reasons why. Would shop again. A+++++

We really love music! What we also love is breaking out a record, kicking back with a beer, and putting on some cool scents to listen to those tunes in the perfect atmosphere We're pretty sure we aren't the only ones, so we thought we'd create something where you can pick up most of those lifestyle needs all in one place There's a lot of cheap, flowery, vanilla candles, melts, and various scents out there. If you want something more premium, you are going to be paying quite a premium The lack of cool masculine type scents is quite frightening, so we wanted to bring something to market that would cover that gap. More importantly, at affordable prices. That's not to say these are specifically targeted to a male audience though. We wanted to create something for everyone We've worked very hard on what we think are a selection of scents that sit perfectly alongside some great tunes To quote the Joker ''Our operation is small, but there is a lot of potential for aggressive expansion'' We will continue to add plenty more products and categories as we grow, in order to create a full home lifestyle offering for you lovely folks!

Great place o Pre-order

My Kristin Hersh Pre-order CD arrived very quickly after its actaul realse date. As always it was packaged so well. I was kept updated on my order via email. As always the price fir his was really good. I realy love the 8 Days has chosen to specialisesoley in Pre-orders. They have great prices and often have exclusives as well. Their customer service is also excellent,with a really fast reponse time. THeir web site looks really smart and is easy to use and navigate around. I ave orderdc quite a few CD's from them now and am happy to do so again in the future. they saw a chance to do something unique in what they sell and it really works as an idea and sets them apart fro other music sites.They update the site frequently too so it is worth logging in on a efuar basis, A real pleasue to buy from.

Let down on Ltd edition Pre Order

I became aware of a new LIMITED EDITION CD being released by Deep Purple ( 3000 worldwide) and to ensure I got a copy to add to my collection ( I have every single cd they have released) I pre ordered at a very reasonable price alongside the vinyl version of the same disc. I received a refund for the CD single and an explanation that they were copies short from the record label. They therefore cannot supply a copy of this CD to me despite the pre ordered and although Ive received an apology this does not rectify the hole in my collection that I was trying to avoid by pre ordering in plenty of time. I am now frantically searching other retailers for a copy before they sell out - again something I was trying to avoid happening and why I pre ordered. I know the response to this will be “it’s down to the record company” but my contract is with 8 Days and they haven’t delivered. I do note that there are others in the same boat with regard to this CD too. I hadnt used 8 Days before and of course will not do so in the future due to this occurrence.

As mentioned in your review. We were unfortunately left in a situation where we were delivered short on our ordered allocation. This impacted a small number of our pre order sales on this title. We have been honest and very transparent to every affected customer.

The limited edition vinyl of the same title was fulfilled on this customers order, but the CD was the item affected. We decided the sensible and fair option was to ship the stock we did receive based on when orders were first placed.

A refund along with full and clear explanation was made immediately upon us being aware that we were shorted on our delivery.

We did try to get replacements sent but as mentioned, this is a very limited run and the label have now sold out.

We did also follow up with the customer to once again apologise, and also inform the customer of options where this is shown as in stock with other retailers.

We do wish this was something within our control but ultimately we have been left in a situation also. Not ideal for either party.
