Nice system, nice service and very beautiful bouquet and chocolates.

Very good, reliable, and fast service. Excellent alternatives are suggested if the requested product is not available

I ordered flowers and a teddy bear from abroad, and everything was delivered perfectly. The customer support on WhatsApp and email was fast, clear, and very helpful throughout the process. They even managed to update the delivery address smoothly when the recipient went home instead of being at the office.
Highly recommended service for international deliveries to China!

The staff member was very helpful, and the bouquet was exactly as shown in the catalog—it was wonderful.

Quick response and delivery. CS offered good communication.

10/10 perfect

Great service and delivery

The care in customer service is excellent, from the communications with pictures, to the customer call for delivery and the care in packaging the order. Thank you 999 Florist.

User friendly website. Straightforward ordering experience. 999florist sent a message via Whatsapp to confirm they have receive my order and a picture of the cake just before delivery. Good service!

This company did a fantastic job. Everything was carried out as agreed. I received photos and delivery updates. Highly recommended.

The particular Ganso cake that I wanted was not available for delivery to Nanshan District, Shenzhen because the closest Ganso store was in Longhua District. The seller was very flexible and arranged for a driver to collect the cake and deliver it for a small additional fee. Excellent service and communication. I will definitely use again. 10/10!

Beautiful flowers, excellent communication and timely delivery. Thanks!

Excellent customer service and very punctual. The flowers are meticulously prepared and in pristine condition. The cake is also very good. Found this online flower shop in reddit recommendations. They’re legit. 👌

Great communication! Quick delivery during specified time. Quality bouquet and delicious cake!

999 florist performed a service beyond my expectations. I ordered a bouquet late in the evening and by the morning in Ireland they informed me it had been delivered to the recipient in Shanghai. Not only that, but they sent me a photograph of the bouquet, with extra flowers added gratis, together with the printed greeting… and later informed me that because the recipient had been out at the time it was delivered, when received by a family member, they followed up with a call to gain absolute certainty that they in fact had received the flowers and so could in turn positively confirm to me that they had… couldn’t be better. Thank you 999 florist.

Flower was fresh and beautiful. It was delivered on time as requested. Seller was very engaging after placing the order, checked with me for accurate location and even helped to guide the restaurant with our birthday reservation.
