I had amazing interaction with the customer service, genuine and very helpful. I’m here at Portugal and my friend is in China. She moved there recently and I was able to find them in Google and I was like let’s give a shot and they did amazing job. They deliver to her place, but she was not home and they decided to go further and go to her work and deliver, which was amazing. She was surprised and very happy. Thank you again. I did a lot of research before choosing Pandoraflora to deliver roses to my girlfriend in China. Being halfway around the world and not being there to give them to her myself was hard. But Pandoraflora was able to deliver the next best thing experience. Not only were the roses healthy and full, they delivered them first thing in the morning to the surprise and excitement of my girlfriend who was thrilled! She sent me pictures of the product and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and fast.
