Great Service at this store
Great Service at this store. Sorted out a servicing issue with my bike that was caused by another store and did it promptly and with a smile. I have also returned items which they accept without question which is reassuring if you are not satisfied with a purchase. I have always received excellent service from the staff at this branch.

The most memorable part of my…
The most memorable part of my experience was the very thorough hand over of my new bike. The service technician checked everything was working before we left the store, and the young gentleman who served me offered a very thorough step-by-step walk through of how to best look after my new bike and keep it working long into the future.

Ordering helmet
I ordered a helmet for delivery to my local store. I wanted to take advantage of the sale. It only took a few days to come over from Eastern States and the store called me when it was in. Seamless and professional service, great price.

Top points to the O'Connor store
Preordered and purchased 2 Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 e-bikes from the O'Connor store and could not be more happier with the service. Tried preordering through a different store and had no luck. Tried O'Connor store and Adrian was quick to answer any questions and start the preordering process. Over the phone and then in person, I dealt with Brett who was excellent. Very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend the O'Connor store.

Really sorry to hear that your gloves haven't performed to standard.
You can definitely return them to your local store so our team can see what's happened and get them replaced for you if they are a valid warranty case. Otherwise please email us on help@99bikes.com.au if you aren't near a store, and we can help get these sent back to our warehouse and replaced.

Dropped my TT bike into the store to…
Dropped my TT bike into the store to get the gears tuned(micro adjust). Johan at O’Connor store did an excellent job, he also adjusted my brakes. He very professional and I would have no hesitation is bringing my bike back to johan or recommending others.
Please inform Johan of an excellent job as this should not go un noticed.
