Booked a bike service online
Booked a bike service online, chose a date and time, was serviced and completed that day as planned, got an e-mail and sms to confirm completion and pick-up and picked it up. Seamless service and the guys are always very friendly and knowledgeable in the shop. Great experience!
Note: it would help if it was clear how/where you drop off if earlier than shop hours. My booking was 10am service but store opening hours were 11am. I booked the afternoon before (but after shop hours & so tried to call workshop a number of times day before and day of ahead of dropping it off (as I could only drop off at 10am on the dot or 12pm due to other commitments that day) couldn’t get through ( which I expected as it was after hours) but I couldn’t leave a message either.

Shopping with 99 bikes is a pleasure. They tick all the boxes. Being a member gets you the best prices. They aggressively price match and beat it….with a smile. The telephone service is friendly and professional. My shop is the O’Connor, WA. Emmanuel, one of the professional sales gentleman is amazing. His service is nothing but outstanding, going out of his way to take personal service to another level. It’s what you would expect from family. Thank you Emmanuel! The team at 99 bikes did a great job…
The team at 99 bikes did a great job serving. My only grumble is on the gold membership which I had purchased with the 'hope' that for additional advice or jumping to the priority queue rather than just a 10% further discount on parts. Personally, I'd mind paying a little more for such a gold membership.

Excellent Service
Recently purchased a new MTB from 99 Bikes O'Connor. The store is well presented with a huge variety of bikes and accessories. Staff very friendly and willing to assist - received excellent service from Adrian and Emmanuel, both professional and informative. Highly recommend the 99 Bikes O'Connor team for all your biking needs!
