Many thanks

Really pleased with the speed of delivery, quality of the product, unfortunately it was not the colour ordered. To be honest it’s no big deal.

Speedy delivery. Beautiful jacket. What’s not to love.

Really good service and the product I ordered seems like good quality (a suitcase - haven’t used it yet) but the number lock came already locked so there’s no way of using that feature which is very disappointing. Luckily I have another separate lock I can use between the zips. I contacted the company about the issue and they gave me a 10% refund (I didn’t want to return the suitcase as I need it for a trip in a day’s time plus returns have to be paid for) and also suggested trying every combination of numbers to find out which will unlock the lock. Don’t think I’ll be trying that but it’s nice they tried to help and I appreciated the small refund which covered the cost of the extra lock. And to whoever in their warehouse/packing who thought it’d be funny to send a suitcase out with a the lock pre-locked, it really isn’t and thanks a bunch.

Delivery good Quality good However description of case inaccurate Much too thick to be called “Slim” Really misrepresented A bit miffed therefore to have to pay Return Postsge

Very nice products. Good quality and value for money.

The bag was exactly as described, arrived quickly, well packaged, would recommend this seller 👍

Ordered a wallet for my husband's birthday. Item arrived quickly and well packaged. The actual wallet is good quality and it is wrapped and boxed nicely.

I tried contacting thrm on line and by email
I didn't get a response to either (and I check my junk folder multiple times a day so a response didn't give there)
I couldn't wait longer so bought the product and it isn't how I expected it from the description

The coat was a good fit and was I had been looking for The price was within my range and will look forward to wearing the coat on cooler days
