Lewis connected up and within the hour, not only found the problem, but managed to fix it whilst not even physically being here! You’re missing out if you’re not using these guys already. Always great dealing with A1 Remote Diagnostics. Quick service and they always do their best to get you the help you need, even if its a fault out of their expertise they'll come around with suitable advise and guidance!

Provided an excellent, fast & reliable assistance to us via the Autel remote expert . Were able to download a software update to the vehicle that would normally require us sending the vehicle to a main dealership.
Would highly recommend.
