This company is the worst coach hire company in the uk, we booked for our son’s engagement party and wedding day, paid fully upfront, the engagement day a coach arrived late which was old and noisy, then for the wedding party a month later they cancelled 2 days before the wedding day and nearly ruined my son’s wedding day, we had to nearly pay double and managed to get alternative transport ourselves, my wife was in tears as we had arranged everything, the hurt and stress this company caused us was beyond belief, it took us 3 months to get a refund from them after countless calls and messages, their a cowboy company still operating and have done this with lots of other people, take my advice DO NOT USE THIS COACH COMPANY, they are scammers and will let you down

Do Not Use. wish i seen this before i used them. charged me last minute more money when i could do nothing other than pay, pretended their bus had broken down and had to bring in another "company", it was actually still them. Tried to write a SCAM post on the other fake company and they reported it as slander to trustpilot.

This not a company they are brokers because when I booked mini coach they send me number of 2 drivers and both drivers told me that they are not working for them, they send me picture of Mercedes 19 seater but on pick date there was old ford 16 seater, was totally uncomfortable. Rain water coming inside vehicle, on motorway a lots of noise because windows was not closing completely kids couldn't sleep both side going and coming back, try to contact to company first no reply then after coming they reply but always same that the person who took your booking he is on holiday. I will never recommend to any one be careful from this brokers

We had a minibus booked for months ahead of a hen do, and we confirmed this a few days prior to the event and we're not told of any issues. When the driver didn't arrive within 15minutes of our scheduled pick up we tried to contact them, and were informed he had cancelled the job the day before. Noone from this company had not gotten in touch with us, so we were left to arrange our own transport at the last minute. The office (who only open in office hours despite offering a weekend and evening service), then proceeded to give us the run around regarding obtaining our money back (which was £360!), which we eventually got through the bank as the company never returned it as they had stated.

Terrible business, terrible customer service.

Do not use this company.

Our taxi didn't show up and they completely avoided me when trying to sort a refund. So much so, I ended up requesting it via my bank.

Last minute cancellation of minibus with no prior warning. No means of contacting company to sort out - 'emergency line' was not manned by anyone. We had to drive ourselves to the event, despite us having the minibus booked months in advance. The company were completely AWOL after the fact, making it impossible to get a refund. We had to get a refund through the bank instead. Appalling behaviour.

The experience was terrible from this firm, we paid £360 for a mini bus to Liverpool from Chester. It never arrived! We were left to sort new transport out at the very last minute, unimpressed with this firm, don’t use it ever!

Scam artists

My friends had planned my hen weekend and booked with this so-called company to take us from Chester to Liverpool for the evening.

Despite confirming the booking three days earlier no minibus arrived and on contacting the driver we were told he’d cancelled the booking with the “agency” and it was their job to rebook.

The phone number online wasn’t answered when we tried to call, they only answer Mon-Fri.

The “emergency number” was answered but we were told there was nothing they could do and we’d get a refund (Ha!).

In order to salvage the evening three of our number offered to drive so were unable to have a drink.

We tried over the course of the next week to get in touch with the company and to get a refund. Of a few dozen calls/texts/live chats that were sent only one was answered and we were told a refund takes 3-5 working days. We duly waited and it did not arrive.

Fortunately we were able to get the almost £400 they’d taken back by making a complaint with the bank.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Keep your money safe and book your taxis and transfers elsewhere!

When we rang blocked our calls disgracefull behavior especially as we had paid in advance £380 and then refused to refund the money.

Awful company - ruined hen do!
We booked a minibus for a friends hen do and it never turned up despite us confirming directly with the company 48 hours in advance. No apology, called numerous times and no answer. Finally got through to be told our money would be refunded but they couldn’t send another Bus. They never bothered to send the refund and we had to go through the bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS and CROOKS Ordered a 16 seater minibus in Feb for an event in July. I had emailed and WhatsApp messaged some specific requirements. Got no response. The day before i finally managed to speak to someone and I was told it’s all fine. Next day we went to the agreed meeting place to find two taxis. The driver was unpleasant and moaned about us being late when we were there 10 minutes early. He really kicked off when I told him they needed to pick up at a bus stop as per my emails and WhatsApp messages. So one taxi did the pick up from there and we went in his. He moaned at us the whole hour journey putting a complete dampener on the day. He was rude and said he was the owner of the company and that nobody had told him about any changes. He also was going to ask for more money for the change in journey even though the pick up was on route. So we all arrived in different vehicles, had to find each other and then we could start the day again. I complained to the company and have had no response. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We could have booked taxi rides ourselves and it would have been cheaper.

SCAM COMPANY. THEY ARE BROKERS & DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN COACHES. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE.

I BOOKED 2 Coaches for my daughter wedding on 26th June 2023. I booked them in early January so everything proceeds smoothly & they cancelled both of them 1 day before the wedding. This was for a 200 miles long journey, It was a weekend & no companies were opened for us to sort an alternate transfer.

My daughter cried the whole night, i will never forgive these monsters.

I tried to file a case on them & found out that this company doesn't exist whatsoever. The address on their website is fake & they do not exist.

I am putting a review here so others don't make the mistake I did.

Pay little extra but book with legit companies.

This is a joke company. I use it very rarely, because 50% of the time the bus doesn't show up, so I end up having to Uber it home. Cambridge council are pathetic in granting a licence to these callous cowboys.

We booked a bus for 1 AM to bring 30 people home after our wedding party.

The bus never turned up, so we had to organise taxis instead with a local taxi firm who saved us.

The next day, we were told our bus would arrive at 1 PM despite having sent a bunch of messages at 1 AM the day before asking where the bus was. I checked all the booking confirmations, and communications and it was definitely booked for 1 AM.

The bus cost us £585 to not turn up, we received no apology or explanation. There was no effort to pay us back, and it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. I had to call 5 times, then follow up with an email before finally getting a refund for a bus that never came.

Poorly organised company, terrible customer service, difficult to get ahold of anyone. The main positive of the whole experience, was that taxis were actually cheaper overall than the bus.
