I used Joe for a Level 3 building survey, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He is extremely thorough, diligent, and friendly, providing an exceptional service from start to finish. The report was completed with great precision and offered detailed insight into the immediate works required on the property, which, when buying a Victorian terrace, can be extensive.

Joe also helped break down the issues into clear categories: short term requiring urgent attention, medium term, and long term maintenance, which made everything much easier to understand and manage.

I had a Level 3 survey carried out by Joe from Allen-Aldus on a Victorian terrace in Norwich, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service provided. Joe was professional, approachable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process.

The inspection itself was very detailed and also included a full drone survey of the roof, which gave real peace of mind. The final report was exceptionally comprehensive, clearly laid out, and supported by numerous high-quality photographs.

What really set the experience apart, however, was the full debrief afterwards — Joe took the time to talk through the findings in detail, explain the implications clearly, and answer all my questions. This was extremely valuable and helped me fully understand the condition of the property.
