Excellent company to deal with direct.
Their rewards scheme is fantastic too.
Super fast delivery and their customer service was brilliant on the one occasion I contacted them.
The quality of the brand and product is excellent and I recommend. I've been feeding my healthy and active English Springer Spaniel on this brand since he was a pup. He's now 6.

I had an issue with account access. I contacted AATU by telephone and Rina could not be more helpful. Issue resolved, subscription changed as requested. Good customer service. Their dry dog food is an excellent product, good quality and I highly recommended AATU as a company. Efficient delivery service and good communications.

This food is great quality and the only brand that our dog doesn't react to but also loves the taste. However the subscription service leaves a bit to be desired, its great value but items are often out of stock, so cannot rely on it to come every month.

From purchase to my tilly eating this food was a pleasure, my dog likes nothing from being a puppy all food ends up in my bin but this food she will eat occasionally and that's good enough for me

the food is second to none.fairly…
the food is second to none.fairly priced.customer services excellent.the 1 issue that occurs on a regular basis.there is often a flavour that is not available saying my monthly order will be delayed.so i have to double or treble up on another flavour .i have 7 cartons of 6 tins.every 4wks.and would prefer my first choice of flavours to be available..the delivery service is good.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I’ve got an order worth nearly £100 I need to return. I have emailed and requested a return but not heard anything back. Their terms state I must have requested a return and awaited approval before returning product. How am I supposed to do this when they don’t reply to emails?!

I have found that
I have found that, since switching to this dog food, my dog has more energy and sends to enjoy his walks more, not as lethargic as he was and generally seems happier and more content.

Discount was removed
Discount was removed before payment and I was charged the full amount. I had to refuse the delivery because you could not cancel it and reorder with using the discount code, ensuring that I put it in at the end during the payment part. All a little frustrating and needless.
