Will be attending on December, not just wanted to shout out a massive "Thank you!" to Charis and the other members of the Accessibility Team for persevering with all my doubles, wants and requirements for ambulant seating, due to my disabilities and medical needs.

It did not make it easy, but they ensured that I will have a great birthday treat, by going that extra mile for me to get my tickets.

Super work. Really looking forward to my Abba Voyage experience!

Band too loud, no clarity from band singers which could be due to sound issues or pitch which I didn't think suited the ABBA songs.
Lots of short breaks between numbers affecting continuity of audience enjoyment and participation.
Special effects and lighting were the highlight.

​Song Selection & Performance: The choices of 'Eagle' and 'Voulez-Vous' featured a poor anime which visibly lost the audience. Most critically, during 'Does Your Mother Know,' the backing group performed the lead vocals instead of the ABBA avatars, and the rendition was quite poor.
​Sound Quality: On my second visit, the music was excessively loud, with heavy, distorted drums, detracting from the overall sound mix.
​Arrangement Disappointment: The songs were performed strictly in their original album form rather than with the energy and arrangement spontaneity typical of a live concert, which meant the performance lacked a certain 'live' magic.
​Venue Entry Issues: I was unreasonably denied entry with a 500ml sports drink bottle, despite there being no published rules against it. When I questioned the security guard, his response—'they are always changing the rules'—was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the venue's customer service."

Son has bought me a ticketmaster voucher for two tickets. Been trying weeks to redeem the website doesn’t let you redeem contacted ticketmaster they say they are working on a fix and told us to fork out another 200 pound and eventually we can redeem the voucher. Seat’s disappearing every time we try for a certain date. It’s a joke. When he rang ticketmaster it cost him £5 to be told they know and there’s nothing they can do

A fabulous show and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone with memories of ABBA .
One note of caution steer clear of the overpriced merchandise.

A very unique show that was fantastic very well done with all the avatars and strobe lighting booked a seat in the auditorium and hardly used it as we were near the back we spent the night singing and dancing the night away Highly recommended

5 star for the show - it was very cleverly done . I bought a t-shirt there ( very expensive ) , didn’t realise until I got home that it was marked. emailed the venue for a replacement, after chasing twice for a response , they quickly sent out a replacement T-shirt- thank you 🙏

While we really enjoyed the show, I have sent several emails to hexxlo @email.abbavoyage.com and have yet to receive a response.

Incredible experience

I have been to dozens of concerts around the world, and never in my life have I been so disappointed. The show itself might be visually impressive, but the fact that you are not allowed to record anything at all completely ruined the experience for me.

For me, the whole point of going to a concert is not only to enjoy the moment live, but also to relive it later, to share it with my family and keep it as a memory. Taking that away makes the event feel empty and incomplete. I was so upset I felt like leaving before it even started.

Yes, the music was fine but as an experience for people who want to hold onto memories, it was extremely frustrating. If you value being able to capture moments and share them later, be warned: you will walk away disappointed.

A suprise gift from my husband for our 45th wedding anniversary and I must admit I had a wonder time and recommend for any other fans. I bought drinks and a mug using my card and Sunday morning had a call from my banks fraud department saying I had been scammed £200 early Sunday morning so just be careful..

Fascinating technological masterpiece and a dazzling light display. Don't go if you want to hear ABBA sing because the sound was truly dreadful. It was massively too loud and the band often drowned the vocals. A
ABBA was always about those magical two voices but the sound here was like a fifth rate ABBA tribute band. They were using original sound tracks so I don't know how they could get it so wrong. At time the girls sounded more like the chipmunks. Curiously the last three songs came out much better but still not right.

Today was my 5th visit to Abba Voyage - today sitting in P26/P27)- If I'd written a review of the first 4 visits I'd have given it 5 stars. I don't feel I can do that today (though I would give 4.5* if that was an option.
There are some new songs (today was Supertrooper, The Name of the Game and Money Money Money - I believe sometimes Take a Chance On Me is shown instead of Supertrooper). I love all Abba songs so it was definitely a bonus to have those extra songs. I could sit through 2 hours if the show was that long. When All Is Said and Done has been dropped from the line-up. I didn't notice (as always I was just in awe of the presentation). I was disappointed that the large circular screens which used to be lowered at either side of the auditorium, and showed projections of the Abbatars, are no longer there. This was particularly noticeable for me when Frida was singing Fernando to have that large image closer-up (considering we were sitting in the back row) used to have a real impact and used to give me goose-bumps. Also, today, during Fernando 2nd chorus there was so much audience singing, which I believe to be incorporated in the sound track rather than being live - it was far too loud and you couldn't even hear Abba singing. I think this is a shame and it was much more moving to hear the audience singing along at a normal volume (like my 1st to 4th visits) It's still a brilliant show and I'm sure I'll be making a 6th visit.
I don't really see the point in having the animation (two songs) I wish that the Abbatars would be on stage for the whole show, though we use that time to nip to the lavatory or top up water bottles.
The venue is amazing and the lighting effects are fantastic. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgraceful. Purchased tickets, so I thought, was directed in an email to download tickets via an app “axs”. Each time I tried I was told that I was not authorised to access them. After 20 or more emails I was told that I was on the USA app for axs. They sent me a link, ok guess where it takes me. You guessed right back to the USA app. Now I'm £400 out of pocket and can’t even speak to a person. Its disgusting and disgraceful.

Great show but not as i would imagined lots of screens showing the performance, lighting show was amazing, paid £270 for two gold tickets what do you get for gold tickets ? well nothing dont waste your money buy cheap ones, rip off

For the money, this wasn’t worth it. The holograms were amazing but from so far away from almost any seat, you can’t see any detail at all unless they projected the images which they only did less than 50% of the time. This would be an incredible show with a smaller venue of about 300 people with no live band but closeup of the characters. Band and light show was good but seemed like a cheap way to expand the theater for 3,000 people at the expense of really seeing the characters which is why we paid for the show. Oh, and Agnetha was never that skinny! I liked her the way she was!

Have just come back from abba voyage. I would say it's a good show lighting is fantastic throughout the show and the ambience is very good. We had a good seat with an excellent view however our experience was spoilt by the people in front standing up to dance therefore we couldn't see a thing. Why is this allowed when you can book dancefloor or the dancing booths for that. The staff are excellent at checking for phones being on so why aren't they asking people to sit down so everyone can fully enjoy the show

My 2nd visit. It was everything I could wish for! And its the absolute next best thing to the real thing. Better to be in the dance floor for dance. I've done both seated and dance floor and prefer the latter. Please dont be swayed by the poor reviews. Not to be missed if you're a true Abba fan! I'll be going for a third time with my mates. Downside is ticket prices. Better to book early!!

While the technology behind ABBA Voyage is undeniably cutting-edge, the show itself is a disappointment. The sound mix is chaotic — bass levels are overwhelming, and the vocals are frequently drowned out by an overenthusiastic live band. Lighting effects often feel intrusive rather than immersive, and the syrupy scripted voiceovers only add to the artificiality.

ABBA were always more of a studio band (as Benny himself has acknowledged), and this production makes that painfully clear. The digital “Abbatars” move with a monotonous, uninspired rhythm that quickly becomes repetitive. For all the money spent on visuals, the performance lacks heart.

If you're looking for a truly moving ABBA experience, you'd be better off seeing a top-tier tribute act. They may not have the tech, but they usually bring a lot more soul.
