Hice una compra online de 2 sensores freestyle libre 3 plus.
Los recibo en mi casa el 06 de abril de 2026. Según contempla la ley de consumidores y, según viene también expresamente indicado en la web de Abbot, puedo devolver el/los sensor/es, que está sin abrir, precintado, sin usar y tal como lo recibí.
He llamado numerosas veces y me mandan de un número a otro sin decirme cómo devolverlo, he mandado correo hace 5 días y no me responden, dicen haber escalado mi caso y no lo resuelven.
La conclusión es que me impiden ejercer el derecho de desistimiento que, según la ley tengo como consumidora y que no volveré a comprar nada mas aquí. Asicomo desaconsejaré a mis conocidos que lo hagan.
10 días llamando y evitan que ejerza mi derecho de desistimiento diciendo que tienen el sistema caído. ¿10 días con el sistema caído?
4 veces el caso escalado y sin resolver y sin contestar correos.
Mejor buscar otro proveedor de sensores.

Comment faire confiance' on ne peux pas jouer ainsi avec ma vie. j envisage de ne plus utiliser ce capteur.

I used Freestyle Libre 3 Plus.
Recently I updated to a new sensor fails which fails 90% of the times with the error "Sensor Error"; Reached out to Libre3 Plus customer care insists me to buy "Libre3 Freestyle reader" to use their sensors. Other Option was to use a iPhone that has outdated iOS version.
I have filed a complaint to customer care to update the Libre 3 Plus App for the latest iOS version. There are many who relies on Abott for glucose monitoring but Abott is Out of date with the technology in 2026!.

Es ist unfassbar frustrierend. Abbott vertreibt hier medizinische Produkte und keine Gameboys – hier geht es um die tägliche Gesundheitsversorgung und nicht um ein Hobby. Wenn die Sensoren regelmäßig vor den versprochenen 14 Tagen ausfallen, ist das kein kleiner Bug, sondern ein massives Problem für den Patienten.
Da die Krankenkasse den Bedarf auf den Tag genau berechnet, bin ich auf jeden einzelnen Sensor angewiesen. Dass ich dann 3 bis 4 Mal im Quartal jeweils 20 Minuten meiner Zeit opfern muss, um eine Reklamation durchzuboxen, ist absolut unzumutbar.
Man hängt in einer bürokratischen Warteschleife fest, nur um Ersatz für mangelhafte Hardware zu erhalten. Ein Unternehmen dieser Größe sollte in der Lage sein, entweder ein zuverlässiges Produkt zu liefern oder einen Reklamationsprozess anzubieten, der den Patienten nicht noch zusätzlich belastet. Dieser Zeitaufwand ist eine Frechheit!"

Nach mehreren Telefonanrufen am Dienstag 31.03. wegen eines Sensors der in der Früh gesetzt wurde und Unterschiede zur blutigen Messung von bis zu80 zeigte, wollte ich eine Auskunft über Rückgabe und Ersatz, doch ich wurde nur vertröstet, sollte auflegen und auf einen Rückruf warten. Bis 18 Uhr erfolgte kein Rückruf!

Had 2 sensors that failed and was advised by my GP to contact Abbott directly. I did not expect any joy but was completely wrong. Abbott replaced my 2 sensors and they were with me in a little over 24 hours. The response and service was truly superb although the customer service guy was a little difficult to understand because of his (Dutch ?) accent.
Would have been 5 stars but for the sensors initially failing.

I've been using the FreeStyle Libre…
I've been using the FreeStyle Libre Plus for a while now, and my experience has been mixed.
On the positive side, I like how easy it is to apply and scan. It's convenient not having to do constant finger pricks, and it gives a general idea of where my blood sugar is trending throughout the day.
However, accuracy has been a big issue for me.
There have been multiple times where the readings didn't match how I actually felt or what my fingerstick showed. It can show highs or lows that aren't really happening, which makes it hard to fully trust-especially when making decisions about my health.
I also noticed that the readings can fluctuate a lot, even when I haven't eaten anything or only had water.
That can be confusing and frustrating.
Overall, it's a helpful tool for trends, but I wouldn't rely on it alone for exact numbers. I still find myself double-checking with a fingerstick more often than I expected. Overall free style libre plus sucks it says my blood sugar was 183 checked by finger stick it was 91

Ordino sul loro sito dove l'operatore mi comunica che l’apparecchiò e gratis essendo diabetico.
Il pacco arriva il 18/03/2026 alle 10.30 recapitato
dalla custode e consegnatomi.

Parliamo di una malattia grave dove bisogna misurare la glicemia 5 volte al giorno ragion per cui la macchinetta è essenziale.
Comunque mi sto confrontando con i miei legali e i miei amici che sono tanti perché per fortuna nella capitale sono conosciuto cari furbetti…

oggi 19/03/2026 ma volete farvi due risate manca l'adesivo che viene applicato sul corpo per misurare
la glicemia.
Vi do un consiglio di cuore evitate questa società
sono dei veri incompetenti.

If there was a zero I would put that... I lost two of my libre two sensors and when I explained to the person the first time I was put on hold for 47 minutes and hung up on. Then I called back spoke to somebody else. They instantly hung up on me. When I told them what my issue was. I had two of my sensors that fell off. I have the omnipod 5 and therefore need the sensors I explained to them that I'm on blood thinners and when I tried to put one on it caused me to bleed really badly and got all over the sensor. The box everything my bed and so so I told him I did not keep the box. I don't keep things like that. That's gross. So I also explained I threw out the box of the other one cuz I had already had it on one week and somewhere out in public because the adhesive is so cruddy it fell off somewhere and because I didn't have the box they wouldn't replace the two sensors. They're they're representatives are very rude. They are not helpful at all. Abbott is a very greedy company where they can't just send two sensors out to somebody who's on a diabetic pump who already has kidney damage. I would not recommend these people to anybody and I plan on changing to a different company with a completely different sensor. I give them zero Stars and -10 for the personalities of their representatives

Mijn vader ligt in het ziekenhuis. En heeft problemen met de sensor, Libre 2. Vorige week contact gehad met de klantenservice daarover. Hij moest een vervangende sensor krijgen vanwege een MRI onderzoek en een vervangende sensor vanwege een defect. Gegevens werden toen gecheckt van mijn vader en mijn gegevens werden genoteerd. Mijn vader kreeg een vervangende sensor vanwege de MRI. Die ander kon pas vervangen als ik het serie nummer wist van de sensor en info had over het gemelde defect. Dan zou ik kunnen terug bellen met deze gegevens. Dit heb ik gedaan en nu wordt mij uitgelegd dat ze me niet verder kunnen helpen omdat mijn vader mij niet als contactpersoon heeft gemeld. Huh? En vorige week werd er zonder probleem een vervangende sensor geleverd. Beetje bijzonder dat de klantenservice niet op één lijn zit.

ABBOTT IS A FLAKY COMPANY
Lately, the quality of Freestyle Libre is below any acceptable standard. I've been wasting money on the sensors that work internmitenly, disconnect all the time, refuse to be read, but I learned to live with it as there's no other way, other providers are either very expensive or not covered by my insurance.
But this time is different - THE SENSOR VIRTUALLY STOPPED WORKING AFTER 4 DAYS AND ABBOTT IS REFUSING TO REPLACE IT!

J'utilise le capteur Libre 2 depuis déjà un moment et je remarque défaillances de plus en plus fréquentes des capteur. je dirais que depuis 1.5 ans j'ai un capteur sur trois qui pose problème. Donne de signales de changement de capteur trop tôt ou de capteur disfonctionel. Il faut garder les info de série du capteur pour se faire remplacer ce que je ne fais pas vraiment. Vraiment frustrant comme qualité de produit. Je cherche une alternative mais je lis que la fiabilité du LIbre 3 est pire que celle du 2.
Zufriedenheit pur
Ich kann bis jetzt nur Positives berichten. Habe den Sensor seit 1 Jahr und es klappt alles wunderbar. Sowohl die Sensoren, als auch die Zusendung. Bis jetzt war ein Sensor defekt, welcher aber ersetzt wurde. Auch das lief problemlos mit dem Service-Center ab.
Zusammen mit meiner Krankenkasse kümmern sie sich um den reibungslosen Ablauf, benötige noch nicht einmal ein Rezept. Kommunikation per E-Mail auch super.
Wenn doch Alles so gut ablaufen würde.

False low glucose alarms
Besides sensor falling off often, the sensor is not accurate. Ive compared it to fingering sticking and it could be off as much as 50 points. Continuously low glucose going off especially at night maybe up to 3 or 4 times. If you use this product you could be taking your in their hands. Ive gone back to the finger stick. And it failed to record these events. About 7.
Probleem voor blinden
Ik ben blind en ben afhankelijk van gesproken informatie. 4 jaar geleden ben ik begonnen met de sensor, maar de reader die erbij geleverd werd is niet geschikt voor blinden. Daar moest ik een dure telefoon voor kopen, waar ik dan een app op kon installeren. Het is 4 jaar goed gegaan, maar sinds 5 weken werkt die app niet meer. Heb ik contact met abbot opgenomen en zei zeggen dat er iets van een test nog niet is gedaan. Daar snap ik niets van, maar kom er ook niet mee verder. Ik had altijd voldoende aan een gewone goedkope telefoon zonder app enz. Alleen om in nood m’n thuisfront te kunnen bellen. Nu moet ik steeds iemand vragen om me te meten en vertellen wat m’n bloedsuiker aangeeft. Er zijn wel akoestische andere apparaten, maar dan moet ik in een vinger prikken en dat lukt me niet, want daar heb ik 2 goede handen voor nodig. Helaas heb ik dat niet
