Victor and his team at ABC Aircon were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.I did my homework, had a handful of qoutes, and found ABC to be the most reasonable of all.Not only that, but their service ,knowledge and workmanship was very professional, efficient and timely.This is a rarity and you guys have stood out from the rest.WELL DONE

It had been an extremely hot week and one of the home AC units had failed and another room upstairs need AC also. We rang Victor, he arrived the same day and he gave us some excellent product advice and a quote. Promptly, the following week he and Vitaly arrived to fit two AC units in the house. They worked incredibly quickly, were super informative about the products, installed the internal and external units, set the units up and they work beautifully. They are quieter than the old unit and work superbly well. They tidied up and took the old units away which was a great help. It was a relief to get some cool again. Victor and Vitaly did a great job, are extremely knowledgable and give sound advice, I would highly recommend them.

Victor was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. He communicated very well and did an excellent job.
His fee was also very reasonable.
I would be very happy to use him for any AC issues I might have in the future.

I had a 10KW Mitsubishi under-floor, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system installed by ABC Air Conditioning last week.
It took less than 24 hours between my online inquiry/quote request for Victor to pass by to inspect my property and send me a competitive quote the next day. Yet, Victor was a gentle, non-agressive sales person - not like many others, who are very pushy sales persons. Victor and his off-sider highly impressed me not only with their speed an quality of work, but also with their great communication and customer service skills. Always very friendly, patiently listened to, and answered all my questions and spend the time to thoroughly explain to me how to operate the system, including some good "hints and tricks".
I am 100% happy with my ABC Air Conditioning experience and highly recommend them.

Victor and Vitaly are experts in what they do. Their knowledge is better than anyone I have spoken to. I previously tried 4 other air-conditioning companies who all gave me the same response - cannot fix or replace. ABC Air conditioning was the only company that had the expertise to know of a solution that could replace our broken 30 year old ducted unit.

The quoting and installation was refreshingly easy. The team showed up when they said they would and they consulted us regarding our preferences for equipment type and location. We have multiple systems and are all working perfectly.

After reading reviews, I got quotes from ABC Air Con for a (whole house) ducted system and an alternative simpler split system. The quotes were very competitive. It was clear from initial discussions and follow up questions with Victor that they know their air-con and importantly that their recommendations focused on right solutions and good value (ie not on dollars).
We confidently decided on the ducted system and it was installed as scheduled on the day. But what a day. Hidden within the walls and ceilings of what would have been a workers cottage, was effectively the old workers cottage. Wooden ceilings, tin roofing and a hotchpot of building techniques from last 100 years. The job got a lot harder than expected. Not a problem for "we'll work it out" Victor and Vitaly. They were determined to work on into the night and got the job done. I highly recommend Victor and Vitaly. Their integrity and the pride they take in their work was obvious and a pleasure to deal with. Legends! Thanks guys.

I gave 5 stars only as it's available. Personally I would give 100... stars, as we are very happy with Service from Victor and Vitali. Highly professional guys, knowing which aircon system would be better for the property, explaining to us and , of course, the quality of the job just outstanding! We are so happy!

Very reliable, professional and friendly service. Good communication. I will definitely use ABC Air Conditioning again if I need any further Air came quickly to give a quote. Installation offered 1 to 2 weeks later but due to my schedule I had to have this three weeks later in May 2025.Conditioning work in my home.

Outstanding effort by the guys in preparing for setup, helping me navigate strata concerns as well.
The setup took only a day and I got a good nights rest with warmth that evening.

We were greatly impressed by the professionalism of Victor and Vitaly. They arrived on time, were well equipped for all eventualities and solved some complications with connections. They were orderly, cleaned up as they went and left everything in order. They both were polite and friendly and we are more than happy to recommend them.

We reached out to Victor, having not previously heard of his business - we found them online. From the very beginning he was really friendly and helpful - and very responsive. HIs price was also very sharp. But best of all, this installation was at my elderly mother's apartment, and he was very kind and patient in dealing with her. And that's gold for me.
