I recently had Advanced Air Conditioning supply and install new ducted air conditioning in both our home and our commercial premises, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial quotation right through to completion, the service was exceptional.

Clinton visited both locations to assess our existing systems and recommend the new Daikin units, and the proposals we received were clear, detailed, and accurate. The new systems perform beautifully, the installation was spotless and highly professional, and the technicians — Mitch and Richard — were an absolute pleasure to have in both our home and office.

If you’re considering a new air conditioning system or replacing an old one, I can confidently recommend giving Advanced Air Conditioning a call. They truly deliver excellent service.

I strongly advise against using this service. Their focus seems to be more on charging customers than providing genuine support. I had an issue with my Samsung air conditioner, and Samsung assigned this company to handle it under warranty. Despite that, I was charged $210—a cost that should have been settled between Samsung and Advance Air Conditioning. When I asked to verify the charge with Samsung before proceeding, the technician called to his boos and he became aggressive and started making threats. On top of that, the technicians appeared inexperienced. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The whole experience was positive from enquiry to installation. Shout out to Gavin and Ben who were punctual, efficient and friendly. The installation went smoothly due to their expertise and manner.

Excellent service. Ryan was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile, including finding and repairing a duct leak that our prior servicing company may have missed or created. Pricing was very reasonable too, thoroughly recommend this company.

I just had to drop a line about my experience with Advanced Air Conditioning, because if you're scrolling through reviews looking for a sign, this is it! Let me save you some time and possibly a good chunk of change. I had a Daikin split system air conditioner installed in my bedroom by Advanced Air about four years back. For the longest time, it just wasn't doing its job, and I was almost convinced I got a lemon.

But here's where I went wrong and maybe you're in the same boat. We all know about taking our cars in for a tune-up or seeing the doc for a regular check-up, but who really thinks about their air conditioner that way? I sure didn't. Until I finally gave Advanced Air Conditioning a call when I was at the end of my tether, that is. They sent over a technician, Bryce, who was not only punctual but super friendly and knew his stuff inside out.

Turns out, my outdoor unit was fine. The real horror show was inside my bedroom unit. The technician showed me what was lurking inside and let's just say, it was an eye opener. All this time, I thought I was on top of things by cleaning the filters but that barely scratched the surface.
After they compelted an advanced service on my air conditioner, it was like a brand new unit. I couldn't believe the difference. It's made me a believer in regular servicing. Just like the car or your health, it pays to look after your air conditioning. Not only does it save on your electricity bill, but it also extends the life of your unit and honestly makes summer nights a lot more bearable.

Big shoutout to Bryce Raanoja and Advanced Air Conditioning. They've made a loyal customer out of me and I can't recommend them enough. Do yourself (and your air conditioner) a favour and give them a call. Your future self will thank you.

Advanced Air Conditioning provided a very competitive quote and on the installation days they worked hard (despite the Brisbane heat!). Our technicians Clinton and Ryan were friendly and professional. We thought it was great how quickly and efficiently they worked plus they tidied up at the end of each day. Clinton also provided extra advice regarding our house electricity and ensured a safe set up for us.

I highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioning, Northgate. The expertise of the staff - Kane and Kaelin who performed my regular service was exceptional and professional. They were polite and very tidy. The genuine care of concern of the senior technician in supporting the junior technician was commendable.
I will be securing their services into the future.

Contacted Advanced Air Conditioning to have our old split system replaced. Marty attended and provided us with a quote and information on the split systems available. The quote was very reasonable for what we required and the new Hitachi system was fitted just over a week later. A very professional installation by Clinton and Nikk who left the area very tidy and removed the old system off site. We would highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioning to anyone requiring a new system.

Was very pleased with initial service by Bryce, who gave excellent customer service & detected Aircon drain pipe needed replacing.
Also wish to express my appreciation of a job well done by the two Advanced Technicians who carried out the replacement of our aircon drain pipe.
