Last month, their installer arrive at my house to install blinds and was very arrogant. He said his ladder will not fit into the bedroom near the windows and when I offered to lend him another ladder, he said to me would you like to rebook and I said No.
I need it to be done as I have guests coming to stay. So he reluctantly start to install, I was watching him and he started yelling at me to f——-off. Twice.
I would have asked him to leave but he was halfway thru the job.
Tall muslim guy by his name suggested. His attitude towards me was very discriminating and as a female alone.
ABC blinds when I rang them till now has not apologised or got back to me.
This installer was very intimidating as well.
Most rudest aggressive man I ever met.

ABC Blinds have no idea what they are doing. I had a booking at 12 to 2pm for a free measurement and quote for Sheer curtains.
Their representative arrives at 1020AM. I had booked some leave so as to be present at this appointment as my mother is very aged and suffers with early stages of dementia. Suffice to say that I wasn't present. The ABC Blinds representative proceeds to tell my mother that ABC doesn't do sheer curtains blinds. Takes no measurements, doesn't call me to explain. In my opinion ABC Blinds is a very poor service oriented company who's representatives have no idea what they are doing. Very very very poor, extremely poor experience with ABC blinds. If you are looking for blinds or curtains, definitely don't contact ABC Blinds. Steer clear of this company. Their representatives are hopeless. They will waste your time just like they did mine.
