I can't thank Kate and Sophie enough for helping us with our secured loan. The whole process took less than 2 weeks to complete. Sophie was our day to day contact and massively helped us navigate our way through with no glitches and was always there to answer any calls or emails that entailed. Would highly recommend.

Having had a previous poor experience with another organisation I discovered ABC Finance for a secure loan. Richard was my first contact and he was brilliant! Friendly, approachable, always quick to respond and kept me up to date with every stage of the process. I was then introduced to Sophie, Who has been equally helpful and supportive. Both Richard and Sophie picked up the phone to call me with updates which I appreciated as speaking to someone is sometimes better than emails. When I did communicate by email they were both quick to respond. My particular case was delayed- BUT NOT BY ABC, but by other agents. When there was a delay, both Richard and Sophie were very supportive. A very good experience, one I am very grateful for as if not for them I may have given up the process.
