Super fast delivery, with good communication. And the ceramic bowl, whilst slightly larger than i had anticipated, is gorgeous and looks perfect.

Love the product and really quick delivery. Can’t fault.

Just purchased a canvas. It is stunning. I had a couple of questions, as was an expensive piece. I emailed the store. Answered straight away. Fabulous company!

I bought two faux berry stems from Abigail Ahern, with delicate green foliage and clusters of near-black berries, and I’m really pleased with them. They arrived incredibly quickly with instant delivery, were well packed and in perfect condition. The quality is excellent! The branching, muted leaves and berries look surprisingly natural and have a slightly wild character rather than the overly neat appearance artificial foliage can sometimes have. I bought them specifically for my Fulper Vasekraft Squat Globular Vase in Matte Wisteria/Lavender Glaze with Blue Iridescent Modulation, c. 1909–1920, from the American Arts and Crafts period. I arranged the two stems in an ikebana-inspired composition, using their different branches to create height, asymmetry and negative space. They were very easy to bend and position, and they work beautifully with the old Fulper glaze. Really pleased with the product quality, appearance and speed of delivery. I would happily buy from Abigail Ahern again.

Excellent, as expected from Abigail

Fabulous stores great unique products

Always fast delivery and beautiful products

I placed my first order for a side table and it arrived damaged almost a month ago. I was informed that FedEx would collect it from my address. I stayed in all day waiting for the collection, but nobody turned up.

The table is still awaiting collection, and I have yet to receive my refund. Very disappointed.

wrapped very well and safe love the light
quality was super

Beautiful pieces and great delivery. Love AA.

Excellent goods & service. Love them!

Wow as soon as I opened the box of fern stems I could see the superb quality.

The stems look fabulous now arranged in a black vase.

I’m so impressed that I have already ordered 5 more botanical items to create stunning arrangements throughout my home.

I highly recommend this company and will use again often in the future.

i absolutely love Abigail Ahern’s Products. Everything is made incredibly well.
i have purchased so many of her soft furnishings, furniture & botanicals . i am never ever disappointed.
My only criticism & it is a problem is her delivery. When i see something in stock and end up waiting for a further two weeks i am not happy. However, this doesn’t prevent me from ordering..

Whilst the website is lovely and some of the products are of good quality, their service is shockingly bad. I ordered ~£500 worth of wallpaper for a project I had/have lined up and half the order arrived within the estimated timeframe (though no dispatch or shipping details provided), and when I followed up on the only route possible (via email) I have had the most unhelpful, misinformed and genuinely frustrating responses to date. First, it’s coming, then it’s out of stock and not sure when it’ll be back (at which point I urgently sourced new wallpaper at a significant expense). A day later, it’s back in stock and has been dispatched to me… well it’s still not here and customer services aren’t replying. I’m out of pocket, have a decorator team I’m about to lose, and an incomplete £9k project that all hangs at the mercy of some wallpaper Abigail Ahern can’t seem to locate or update me on. Would never have ordered had I known…

Lovely canvas very happy

Ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. The lamps are perfect.

I ordered artificial real touch single stems: dhalia and peony on 12th Sept (R233053). They were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The overall blooms were stunning for both flowers but some of the petals were droopy (poor wiring?) and both stems looked very plasticky and shiny (esp when compared with Florasilk stems which are matt). I raised a complaint and it took multiple emails before customer services responded and a replacement sent (end of Sept). (AA said they would action a response but did not bother to action after a week so I needed to chase). Sadly the replacement peony has a dropped petal too and the stem is also substandard. Due to the hassle of getting a response from customer services, rather than complaining again, i think i will just refrain from buying this retailer again. A lot of effort for little reward. A shame as I was about to furnish a home and needed blooms for a wedding.

He is beautiful! Arrived within days of ordering. A lovely edition to my living room.

The whole experience was fantastic, great product, easy to order and a fast delivery. Highly recommend.
