Far too floppy needs to be wired I then have control over the branches would not recommend

There was a delay in delivering a mirror I had ordered. While delays sometimes can't be helped, my request to have it delivered after I had returned from holiday was ignored. I therefore had to try and contact neighbours, while I was away, to have it moved somewhere secure and dry. A parcel left by the front door is a clear indication that the house is empty and therefore a security risk. There is also a risk of the mirror being damaged. This was inconvenient for me and lazy of your company. I am however, happy with the mirror itself.

Love all products I have bought, and customer services is excellent

opening the box to see beautiful realistic flowers

always well packed

would highly recommend the flowers

Brilliant service. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Delighted with items, superb quality and good price.

Beautiful lamp, love it 😊

Fabulous, realistic faux flowers. Quick delivery and would highly recommend.

Another successful purchase from AA. Very well packaged art and looks exactly like the online photos

I ordered two different fabric pendant lights. When they arrived, one was one that I ordered, the other was one that I did not. I reached out via email to customer service and was told they would look in to the mix-up. It has been over a week and I have not heard back. I have bought several things from the AA website and am always thrilled with their uniqueness and quality, however, I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service for this order. I just want the light that I paid for.

*Update* I received an email from Customer Service on Sept. 21st- 14 days after I originally reached out about my missing item. I was told they are sending the light I ordered. Hooray! I really do love all of the things I have ordered from AA however, I'm wary about ordering more after this experience. I know that quality and uniqueness can come with a high price tag but for the $, the CS response time needs improvement.

Ordered twice from her. Realistic flowers overall

Beautiful cushion, love the texture and hassle free delivery as always.Thank you all.

Bought two lovely pink lamps which are perfect for adding warmth to my front. room.
I love Abigail’s style and vibe; she’s the best advert for her gorgeous merchandise.
Will continue to search the website for more inspiration!
Customer service was also excellent.

From Start to finish it was a lovely day. Packed with information to help you transform your home.
Key points to nudge you into thinking about what you really want from rooms and how to go about addressing issues.
A well organized day with Abigail and Graham answering questions and queries throughout the day, so you left feeling enthusiastic and capable. Quick stop at the shop ended the day perfectly.
Smashing hosts, they catered and looked after us all day long. Which extended to the store with a glass of Fizz and time to take in all we learnt that day.
The store assistants were kind, helpful and informative, which rounded the day off nicely. Thank you, it was the best day.
