It was advertised with a nice box and card explaining the bracelet. It came in a plastic bag. I could have got one like that for half the price but I thought a nice present. No. So I kept it myself.

Most of these reviews are clearly fake, they seem to all be written by the same person and rarely referring to an actual product.
Be warned

Item isn't as nice as expected, postage was costly and I have been bombarded with emails that they seem unable to unsubscribe me from - I wish I had never answered their ad!

Try and call number that is provided with addresses and make it easier to refunds persons money

Can we have some reviews that actually suggest which items have been purchased because most appear to say that people are happy with the item. We are not actually getting to see which items they're talking about. It might be a good idea if this could be done, otherwise we might think the reviews are made up.

I have a pair of there glasses in customs,the documentation they want you to fill in is ridiculous.
Do not purchase anything from these as they are amateurs,they never answer emails.
Beware you are wasting your money do not deal with these

Received glasses but not strong enough as per age company response was to offer $2.00 US, Do not buy from this company.

I don't think this company can improve. They are a total scam.
I received my glasses 2 days ago and tried them immediately. I could not see properly out of them. They were all blurry. I contacted them that day and said I wanted to get a refund and return them. They said I couldn't without photos of the glasses and the QR code. I refused and they offered me 2$ compensation. Eventually I sent them a photo of the QR code. Then they said the postage to China would be too expensive (I checked and it's not as the parcel is so light), and they may get broken on the way and I would be liable. They were obviously not going to let me return them and get a refund. They offered me 4$ compensation. I wrote back that I wanted to return them and get a refund. They then said the most they could offer me was 5$. I finally wrote back that I would report them, that they were a total scam and I would do them for fraud. That was earlier today and I haven't heard from them since.

I received the glasses but took a long time. The product is very poor quality and doesn't do far and near view..

Ik heb 2 leesbrillen besteld en die werden na 1week geleverd. Het was niet wat ik besteld had. Er was geen ver en dichtbij optie. Het montuur was van plastic en niet van metaal. De afdeling support moet telkens met supervisor overleggen. Ik betaalde €37 en ze zijn bereid €5 terug te betalen! Ik wil deze inferieure brillen niet. Mijn verzoek aan om een volledige refund wordt niet gehonoreerd.

Would give them zero rating if I could. Waited over four weeksto arrive. Absolute rubbish. A real scam. Beware.

Took months to arrive. Couldn’t see anything through the glasses. They offered me no return but would give me £2. Don’t touch them. Glasses were rubbish

Not to be trusted
Purchased glasses from this company in January 2023. Goods have still not arrived in September 2023. Numerous email have been sent requesting a refund to no avail. NEVER use this company, they are a SCAM

When you go to pay by PayPal it doesn’t send strait to my PayPal as it should so wouldn’t trust this company

I placed an order for the product on February 9th 2023, it's now Friday 21st April 2023 and no delivery. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the response continue insist upon the package is with a courier service, this is a scam site. Don't order anything.

I have been scammed. Glasses tracked to South Africa then no movement by the courier. I have written several emails with no action being taken by Abilpersity.
