All traces of the anonymous glasses have been stopped as and when they entered and passed SA Customs. What a scam. and Shame on PayPal and Facebook for allowing Scams to be advertised on their formats. How many have been scammed out of their money be it a small amount? It is just the same as a bank employee diverting $1 from all the banks' customers.

This company should not be trading. I bought glasses and there is a jaggy bit of plastic on the nose piece and they are repeatedly telling me that what they sent me is ok even although I sent photos to prove this defect. Eventually they offered me a refund of 2USD which is an insult. Do not purchase anything from them.

I Bought and they debited my card immediately all the Invoices and trackings i received from them, even through the South African Customs - Then - they disappeared into thin AIR!!!!
Sent several emails to them but TRUSTPILOT doesnt allow emails - so i cannot share their mail addresses

they do not answer!!!!!

I realized just now that i did not take the time to update my review.
So from 1 we will go to 3, I understand that dropshipping is not always easy but at least, the customer service should have been a little more transparent and understanding.
So NO we can't call them scammers because the gift did arrive but 2 months late or something like that. Anyway, it was a bad experience overall but i still want to encourage people to start their own business and understand that customer service is key.

I bought a pair of reading glasses. Since the beginning of December 2022. I decided to track it only to find out the tracking site is a scam...now I don't know what can be done if I can get my money back or count my losses.

How about integrity? Honour their sale pledges and respect and support for trusting customers?

I wouldnt trust these guys as far as I can throw them. They are advertising heavily in Facebook and other Social Media, and seem persistent, and looks like good deals. But they are not responding to any enquiries on their support email address or any numbers. Seeing this so far, chances of any kind of help when things really go off track are zero. Seeing the reviews from people actually trying to buy, it just confirms the impression. Stay far away!

Scammer. don't trust them

I bought a pair of shoes size EU 45 and they shipped me size EU 43.
Customer care doesn't help at all, they want me to ship them back the shoes to China at my own expense.
So I end up with shoes that I can't wear.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHOP!

Purchased Their Products a while ago
they are keen to support their clients and follow up on each order from purchase to delivery
the only downside that they use standard mail for courier and that takes long time
but the price and quality is just right
i recommend their products and service
