Ordered a light which came in a timely manner and was as described however did not light the area desired.
Followed refund policy which they have not responded to several emails however they will reply to other enquires.
They have not given a return address for the item.
The website states 100% money back and highlights their easy return policy.

Ordered a tap and after three weeks it hadn’t arrived. Seen the trust pilot reviews afterwards and thought I’d been scammed. Sent them an email that took a week for them to reply to but the reply was detailed and the tap was at customs. It arrived two weeks later and is a good quality item. Would I buy from them again? No, but only because it took so long to come. So it’s not a scam site but if you buy from the be prepared for a long wait and long reply if you contact them

Just read the reviews from others, they actively reply to you when you ask questions about purchases, very promptly may I add, and when it comes to trying to get a refund for goods received that are completely different to those owed, it’s complete silence.

After emails stating that my lights were on their way they then back tracked and said they had already been delivered . The communication and response time is hideous , never ever again !

I ordered 6 lights, no communication since the order was submitted, they don't respond on the webchat (despite saying they respond immediately). I wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought from them.
