I ordered some lights on the 28 March which I hoped to get within 1 week. 5 days later I still had not received a dispatched note so emailed them saying this and I was unable to receive my order within the week I wanted to cancel. Miraculously that same day I received a dispatch notification, however it was stating 21 days. I contacted them again and was informed my package would not be 21 days and I could hope to receive it mid April (14th ish). It’s now 31 days and I still have no education of when it will arrive. The customer service email response is slow up to 4 days and then they are dismissive. I am pretty upset. The service is crap. I still have NO IDEA when the lights will arrive. Appauling.

I ordered in march and I’m still waiting to receive it! I have contacted their customer service multiple times but I not get any reply . It’s very frustrating and judging by some of the reviews I’m not alone. Think twice before purchasing!!

My experience with Abode Jungle has been an utter nightmare. I ordered four ceiling lights from Abode Jungle, but two arrived severely damaged. I immediately contacted customer service with photo evidence, I was told replacement lights would be dispatched. They did not arrive. After multiple inquiries, they promised the replacement lights had indeed been dispatched, but they would not supply tracking numbers. The replacement lights never arrived. Then I received an email stating the replacement lights had never actually been dispatched. After all these weeks, this recent admission that my order was never even sent out is appalling. They then promised me a refund. I never received the refund. Their failure to fulfill promises have left me without lights and without a refund. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond infuriating. Abode Jungle is a company of broken promises and zero accountability - avoid Abode Jungle at absolutely all costs.

Don’t buy from them, we ordered wall lights and they were delivered broken, I know it happens during shipments and deliveries however they just ignore emails chats and they don’t provide a number to call. I was asking for replacement glass or refund but they just response to one of ten emails with stupid answers. Just don’t waste your money and buy from them.

We like what we’ve got but we didn’t get the big light. Please post a customer service number!

Please do not order from this company and make the same mistake I made. Read the genuine 1 star reviews and ignore the fake 5 star ones they post themselves.

I ordered my lampshade in January and I’m still waiting to receive it! The tracking link never worked, I contacted their customer service multiple times but I just kept getting vague excuses.
On their website tracking the order states it never even left the warehouse!! I’m still £384 out of pocket!
AVOID!

We ordered 3 pendant lights in January. It is now April.... We originally was expecting them end of Feb. We have been dealing with customer service... The do respond but takes days. Gave us a tracking number that didn't exist. Then told us they will be investigating.. It's been over a week with no reply... I have been very patient as I understood from the start it came from China. But this is unacceptable.

Next step if no response is to cancel and get refund... I am not convinced this is going to be an easy task....

this company is a scam. I ordered 4 lights and after they took the money they would not reply to requests for status. They eventually sent a tracking # that showed no progress. It is now well past the date it was supposed to be delivered and of course nothing has been delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

This company is a scam, I placed an order for a fan and it never arrived. Customer service is awful, they never reply. Told me my order was sent back to sender which is a lie because I was tracking it the whole time and there was no progress. they never shipper the order. its been weeks ive been trying to get hold of them to get update on my order but they wont reply. they are a scam please please dont order from them. the reviews on their website are fake, i left a review on their websit which they deleted. i wish i had read the reviews on trustpilot before placing the order. please dont order from this website.

Product arrived broken. Emailed Abode Jungle but very hard to get hold of. Response time was very slow. Requested refund and have not heard back from Abode Jungle since then.

I think the reviews saying this is a scammer site are probably right. I have not purchased because I don’t purchase online without understanding the return policy. I’ve written to them by chat and email and they just say “look at the bottom of the website” even though the reason I’m writing is that it’s not clear there. You have to “email Them” to know what the return address is. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone via these channels and once I did, they were super unhelpful and rude. So I’m not going to purchase from this site, especially after reading these reviews (the 4-star ones on here read like fakes, whereas tue one-stars sound real to me)

Light arrived faulty - took weeks for them to respond to request for replacement- still waiting- do not buy from this company

Very upset with this company. I tried to return some goods within their policy timelines and was ignored although emailed multiple times. The lights were not as described hence why the return was requested . When I had no choice but to contact my bank they then wrote an email to basically threaten me with legal action when they ignored me despite my various attempts. Be careful people, this company seriously needs to rethink their treatment of customers. Not everyone is dishonest and trying to steal from retailers and their email was very rude.

I would have to agree this is a scammer site. Don't be fooled by their sponsored Google content. They claim to have 5000 positive reviews and that is totally made up, try find them for yourself online. I've been chasing for an update on our order and delivery timescales and all messages are ignored and not answered. I hate to think of the quality of what will turn up if it ever does and what will happen if the item is not as described. This is not a legitimate company. Honestly don't buy from them.

Rip off I ordered supposed designer stair lights . Half of them didn’t work. They never respond to emails to sort it out . Don’t go near them

Abodejungle is not based in the UK and apparently drop ships tat from China.
Neither do they recognise UK consumer rights or even the guarantee displayed on their own website. They do not offer a return address and state if you have opened the box the product came in they will not refund. That is if they would consider it anyway.
Report to trading standards and charge back through your bank who will report to mastercard. Foreign chancer site, deceiving consumers with false guarantees and fake profile.

Terrible customer service

Been waiting 6 weeks to return a light, that arrived broken. I've sent over 10 messages and no response.

We were sent a product but it's dimensions were different to those on the site. We contacted customer services to send it back but despite a couple of responses we've been ignored. Our return request was never processed and we've not been sent a refund or returns info. Absolutely do not buy from this company.

Awful took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did come upon opening box smashed to bits. emailed company they said they would post replacement .. ever since that they have ignored all emails and messages on social media and stil no replacement 1 month later. Taking third party instruction now

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS 'STORE'!!
We purchased a ceiling pendant light that was over £250 and after waiting almost a month, we received a USB mini light... They have no customer service and don't answer any DMs on social media. Would not go anywhere near these scammers again. We are now taking legal action!
