I would thoroughly recommend Absolutely. I had another courier let me down the day before and needed two large cases delivered to Manchester for the next day. The team went the extra mile to make sure that the cases reached Manchester before 12pm the next day. The courier who picked up my cases was also really friendly and called me as he could pick up earlier than arranged and he did. I cannot think of a better courier service that has such excellent customer service. Thank you!

I have been working for Absolutely since 20/04/20 as a self-employed person - delivery driver. On 19/07/21 I went on holiday.
On 09/07/21 I talked to Ean my controller about the fact that my salaries lack payments for 38 hours of waiting time which is recorded in the documents of each individual work and reported by telephone to Ean and Jonh also controller. Some of the work I did was paid not 50 percent as is in contract but 30-35 percent, the work on Saturday and Sunday I was not paid at all.
Ean reviewed my notes, checked the system, and said he would pay me.This happens every month.I was surprised when on 16/07/21 the amount they owed me £ 570 was not added to my salary.
Under the contract I have to be deducted £ 1200 deposit for the Van wich I driving.I checked my bank account and noticed that they withheld my £ 2250 deposit which is £ 1050 more. I asked for my money back but there is no answer to this day.
I returned from holiday on 01/09/21 as I had informed the company.I called the office to ask for a job.I talked to Jonh who told me that someone would call me in the afternoon.No one called me in the afternoon. I waited the next afternoon and called again.I talked to Ean who told me that at the moment my Van is broken and I have nothing to drive and that he will call me later.This is a lie because i saw my van and the driver who driving him.I realized that the company did not want me to work for them anymore,but I decided to wait another day.Of course no one contacted me.
On 07/09/20 I wrote a message to Ean asking for my salary and deposit to be paid in full.I did not receive an answer.
On 10.09 / 20 I received a call from Trevor who told me that he would call me on Monday to discuss the payments.Of course, no one called me on Monday.
On 13/09/20 I wrote a message to Trevor in which I warned him that I would seek my money in court by revealing in court the frauds through which the drivers' money is cut and goes as bonuses for the Stuart manager and team Trevor,Ean and Jonh.The next day -14/09/21 Trevor called me and asked me to go to the office to talk.
From talking to Trevor and Ean, I learned that Stuart was on vacation and he had to decide to pay me, but generally, they won't pay me.
I have photos of the amounts paid to the company and my slips from which it can be seen that the manager Stuart and his team paid not 50 percent of the value of the work as per the contract but 30-35 percent,as for each single job, they cut and harvested £ 50.For a year there are about 1500 jobs per driver, and the drivers are 10-15 in this office who work same day delivery.You can calculate what a huge amount it is.
I expect the court to assist me in obtaining my legally made by me salary of £ 570 as well as my illegally withheld deposit of £ 2250 totaling £ 2820 my personal funds.
