Brilliant customer service, always very helpful and cheerful. Andrew Keavney and the team go out of their way to make sure everything is ok, always do their best, will keep you updated and let you know when the parts have arrived. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a mission impossible type job to get vital paperwork around London for multiple signatures on a deadline in deepest lockdown, and I’d never used Absolutely before. There were so many reasons that the team could have refused the job, or given up when they hit the next obstacle, but not a single one of them did. Every member of the team that I spoke to was committed to getting the job done and it was a huge burden lifted. The job delivered the paperwork on time with clear pricing and excellent follow up. I have enormous gratitude and huge confidence if I ever need to use the service again, hopefully with something much more straightforward!

I was assured that Absolutely were the best and most reliable firm in London. Unfortunately only 4 out of the 64 parcels that I sent out arrived in time for the event I was supplying food for, most of them arriving the following day, despite paying for pre 12pm delivery. I called to check the time of collection and it was clear they had not even been booked in. I still had to pay full price (which is extortionate compared to other firms). Save yourself a lot of hassle and use another firm.

The website looks great and the online booking is very easily to use. I like the tracking feature on the courier bookings.

Their customer service is great, Sophie Cook is always very helpful. Even when they had technical and weather problems they kept us up to date with phone calls and emails.

I am a PA and often need to get urgent documents and equipment issued out to employee’s and clients all over the UK. Absolutely deliver not only an efficient and reliable service, but this is always service with a smile. The team are so helpful, and often help me when I’m rushing (panicking!!) to get things sent out in time, they always do their best and get this done for me; keeping me updated along the way and letting me know when the item has arrived at its destination.
I want to thank them for always being so friendly, I had a big job to get done today and Tarquin was so helpful and got this all sorted on short notice (there was also a lady I spoke to when initially enquiring about this and she was also so brilliant, but unfortunately I didn’t get her name)!
