I stumbled upon Absolutely when I was desperately in need of a freezer courier service. Laurence was absolutely fantastic to deal with, answered all my questions instantly, kept me in the loop and organised a difficult route with ease and at a competitive price. He even went completely out of his way to assist with a separate part of the project and helped me massively.
Cant thank him and the team at Absolutely enough!

I am slightly stunned- so quick and so reasonable. Absolutely received my document package in London yesterday and early afternoon today it is already in the hands of the recipient in Kiev. Superb service. All this despite COVID. Keep up the good work.

We started using Absolutely at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic due to us having to close the restaurant to the general public; providing us with a weekly courier service for our 'Cook at home' kits.
The team at Head Office were really accommodating of our needs and the actual team of couriers were fantastic; always on time and a really great group to get along with.
Without Absolutely we would have had to wind down operations but thankfully we have been able to keep the money ticking in and are now looking to reopen very soon.
It was a pleasure working with them and we hope to do so again in the very near future.

Absolutely is the number 1 choice for law firms. Indeed all three law firms I have been at over 25 years have used Mach1/ Absolutely. Great support and tech to order and trace and the couriers are patient and very competent. All sorts of other service providers could learn a lot from these guys.

Great service offering various different and specialist courier services. Absolutely have first rate customer service over the phone and online. Collection times have been second to none and they've helped our business distribute all sorts of electronics and office goods around London and the surrounding counties during this difficult time. They also offer all sorts of different overnight services and at request can offer a cradle to grave service for all our courier needs.

I have used Absolutely for around a year now. They are awesome! Most of my requests are last minute and in Europe. Whether it be a small "white van" or a 7.5 tonne lorry, ambient, chilled or freezer needed they come up trumps every time. They have direct contact with the driver so any alterations on route are passed on immediately. I 100% recommend them. If you've supplies to go to a remote ski resort or a hotel on the South of France during lock-down, they are always first on my list. Rates are very competitive too.

Chad, Stuart, Ean and the team at Absolutely have been extremely helpful and have contributed massively especially in this COVID-19 pandemic.
