Great courier service, one of the easier online booking I've used in a long time! and the staff are always friendly and helpful

They were recommended to us and have been fantastic for our school during the time of having all International pupils being Covid tested. They are very quick, reliable and also a pleasure to deal with.

They didn't turn up . Neither did they offer any explanation. Just kept saying they were sorry and that they would look into what went wrong and phone back. They never did. Pathetic.

Absolutely is the only courier service I will ever use for my business needs.The team are extremely helpful and patient. I find Absolutely to be 100% reliable and I've never had any issues with any services I've used, would highly recommend. Fantastic company!

We use Absolutely for our UK business courier services both regionally and internationally. We transitioned to absolutely a couple of years ago due to poor customer services and support from a previous vendor. The move over to absolutely has made a huge difference to our business experiences for our employees (especially with us shipping to our EMEA locations and our remote workplace). The team are always on hand to support my team with issues providing honest feedback and solutions if we have problems. Account Management and reporting is next to none and we get everything we need from a management perspective. When our business had to pivot to remote work during COVID, absolutely supported our demand and continue to do so. It's a company you can partner with and I also know were in safe hands.

I use Absolutely frequently, their customer service agents are very professional and caring.

Their drivers are extremely professional and always smiling, and I really appreciate their outstanding customer service especially now during these (hard times) that me and my company are relying on these heros to deliver our documents across London with a great risk

I have used many courier companies in the past which have never reached the standard's that I would expect from a courier company , but the Absolutely team seem the have this one sown up , nothing is ever to much trouble for these guys in the every changing world time of dispatching goods ,
they always seem to get it right first every time .

Really fantastic service for my business. They are super helpful. Whenever there has been a sudden change of plan, the communication between myself, their office, the driver and my customer is so good! I have found other couriers can not communicate half as well or are often unwilling to help.
