What even is this?
It’s ludicrous that whoever is behind this limited company is practically gatekeeping and creating yet another hierarchy of disability in what is already a highly challenging and constantly degrading environment for disabled people in the UK. Being promoted to constantly upgrade for an Access Card is what, now essential? In addition to handing over 15 pounds you likely don’t have as a disabled person, you need to send over an incredible amount of personal information they make that no effort to tell you how they handle. The process is impersonal and frankly, if you’re in need of support and buying a ticket with a company that is signed up to this private scheme, you have no choice whatsoever to send all of your most personal data and information to a private company - outside of the one you’re buying the ticket with - unnecessarily. As a disabled community, we need to do much better than playing by the books of those who already want to gatekeep and exclude us.

What an excellent service and card.
What an excellent service and experience I had the staff are very professional. This card is invaluable to my child it’s the difference between being able to access fun experiences without the upset and frustration and having a bad time and never wanting to go again.

First experience
I had seen this advertised through theme parks and then I found out our friends had one for her young boy, I actually applied a little late then I realised I had to and when contacted they went above and beyond to support me processing our application! I am so impressed with the service I have received so far, thank you!

STUPID THING
applied but stopped ,stupid thing went on & on asking lots questiins then wanted £15 . dismissed it stupid apllication form FOR DISABLED EX MILITARY VETS , dont bother with it. dont mean to be offencive but ,i am disabled army veteran 14 years for kimg & country ,all the infprmation you wanted to know silly ,plus £8 then i dont qialify , no offence but i wont be attempting to purchace your card again .no offence.

Starmers Right Hand Men
In an age of fighting for every right, you don't need an extra portion of interrogation. I supplied them with all the information they required and then they abused my right to privacy. Starmer doesn't need to push through acts of parliament he just needs to employ these and nobody will get anything. They had the arrogance o say they couldln't process my application, WRONG, I told them to stick it and refund me, no reply required you and I both know what you are

Discrimination at its finest!
Despite being severely disabled. A wheelchair user and having high care needs the power egotistical staff that run this service have denied me a card on the basis that im not disabled enough!
I cannot even get head around why a service that claims to be there for disabled people, actually holds extremely discriminatory views towards disabled people. The staff promote ableism.
Im not sure how much more disabled they would like me to be before qualifying! I rely on someone being with me at all times, especially when out of the house. I cannot access the world as an able person can. It begs the question what exactly is the card for, if its not supposed to support disabled people to have equal access to enjoy life.
* Their cookie cutter reply tells you all you need to know about this company. I supplied my PIP paperwork. And yes, of course ive asked for a refund since they won't supply the goods. This scam company is grifting. They have worked out they can scam disabled people by pretending to supply a card that actually helps us. If anyone needs access to venues or events, ask the place directly for assistance. Don't waste your money making this grifter rich

Poor Service
Dreadful, sent away for a Sunflower Lanyard ,was sent back a holder for my access card. Sent an email over two weeks ago to request a replacement or a refund, which thy ignored. Tried to phone, was put on hold and was told they were very busy, and was then cut off. I certainly won't be renewing my access card.

Unhelpful and taking advantage of disabled people
These kinds of companies should be shut down by the government. They are a scam and they are taking advantage of disabled people. As a carer you have to apply for everything and go through countless applications for pip, diagnoses which takes 3 years of a waiting list, blue badges, bus carer passes, spending you whole life filling out statements and Ehcp plans, and then on top of everything else now you get told venues don't accept any of that as proof and you need this stupid access card - which is yet another form to fill, more paperwork to yet again prove a family member is disabled - only this time instead of getting help you get the privalige of paying £15 to show the world a disabled card as yet more proof of needing a carer and being disabled! And they make themselves the only proof venues will accept. What is the point of waiting 3 years for adult diagnoses and getting a social worker and getting pip and everything else you have to do when you want to go somewhere and now you're told "we don't accept any of that as proof and you need an access card". Oh and when you try to make an access card the website doesn't actually take the payment and when you call them the operator keeps you on hold for a good 5 minutes and then cuts of! Nothing but a scam and should be shut down by the government

Awful.
I have tried on several occasions in the past to submit an application for my daughter and gave up because I couldn’t save it and come back later. I wrote to them on both occasions to complain that their form ironically wasn’t accessible and received no response. Then last week when I finally manage to submit an application I got an email back within 24 hours asking for further information, unfortunately I have a new phone and managed to permanently delete the email (yes I know my fault) so I have now been emailing them all week asking for them to resend the email and they again are not responding. My email has my application reference in etc. They have my money and are now not responding.

Make sure youre properly disabled..
Make sure youre properly disabled... apparently being in a mobility scooter with breathing difficulties isn't quite enough.
Sent all the evidence including pip payment and a photo of me in the scooter...and I'm not disabled enough.
If only I'd have known !
