Accident claim helpline was very helpful and always there at the end of the phone line to answer any questions I may have had during what was a very stressful time. Accident claim helpline working with Winn solicitors successfully got my vehicle back for me after my insurance company wrote it off. This was a great relief as the car had huge sentimental value because it previously belonged to my late husband. I am so grateful for all the help they provided and for them getting my car back for me within one week.

He was super helpful, supportive and efficient and explained the whole process to me in detail as well as talking me through next steps and calling again today to check that all is okay with me. I haven't had to claim for an accident on this policy before and I'm very impressed with the customer service.
