From the time i made my phone call i was on my way to get my car sorted and got a courtesy car with in days would so recommend this to anybody that needs help staff really nice and polite helpful and service amazing

I told the company that my daughter is autistic and the only way to get her to school is by me driving her so they promised to get me a hire car the same day and it got delivered to my property at 11.25pm which meant I could still get my daughter to school the next morning which meant she wasnt losing any of her education so I am very grateful they did thankyou so much and the driver who delivered my car was very polite and apologetic for the late time at night he managed to deliver it so I am very happy with the whole service I recieved

I honestly cannot thank Tom Dean at the Accident Claim Helpline enough for all his help and support following an accident where someone crashed into my vehicle.

When your at a age then you have an accident not sure what to do i rang my insurance company they put me at ease then arrange everything so quick to sort things out I got to my destination in about 2 hrs after the accident brilliant service thank you

Great got hit by a just eats driver car was picked up with in few hours they got me a hire car same day but unfortunately was an automatic but hire company arranged for a manual for the morning even collected me to collect it the following morning communication is great and they explain everything clearly and understandable great service staff are so polite too

There’s nothing worse than when your car is damaged in an accident; especially when it’s parked! So having the ACH making all the necessary arrangements was a massive relief! Thank you ACH.

I just spoke to a customer assistant called Samuel Holt he was very kind respectful and patient with me and talked me through the whole procedure bit by bit so I would understand I don’t usually write reviews but his customer service skills are definitely 5 star and he should be acknowledged for his great work interacting with clients

Fantastic experience

After a crash which wasn't my fault I was on the phone dealing with a lovely team of staff very helpful and understanding and good at communicating the names where Ryan,Jack and Steven. Highly recommend.
