I have to say Accountable’s customer success team is what has made me (and probably many others) stay and feel in great hands.
Especially, I want to mention Luca who has been a fountain of patience with all of the (way too many) questions I have asked him. He has been very knowledgeable, patient and, above everything, very trustworthy which, at times of stress, is the best quality to feel at ease
Additionally, Hanna and Anne have been extremely helpful to me as well, countless times in the past. I really appreciate their help and their steady mind when dealing with so many people and questions
To summarise , please give them all a nice raise and a nice paid vacation (to recover from dealing with my infinite questions) :)

Ich finde Accountable sehr gut, weil ich damit schnell, sicher und mit Leichtigkeit meinen gewerblichen Steuerpflichten nachkommen kann. Zudem ist die Software logisch aufgebaut, und ich bin froh, sie nutzen zu können.

They could improve on customisability…
They could improve on customisability but overall the platform is really good for Freelancing. Also would be nice to make some things more clear, like how calculations and estimations are done
