I never recvd my purchased. It’s been over a month. No contact, no resolution.

My attempt to return an item has been a dismal experience. I used their label and returned the item according to the directions. It's supposedly a USPS tracking # but now it is coming up as not a valid #. I have contacted Acegolfs numerous times and they keep putting the burden back on me to deal with USPS when I used their label. I would caution anyone not to buy from this company. I may never receive my refund and I'm very unhappy about that!

Worst company to return items to. Have been trying to return a dress that is too large. They offered a discount to keep it. Have been trying for days to get a straight answer on how to return it. Who would keep something that did not fit! Will never order from this company again

My first review was disappointment, not in clothing, it is good. In delivery that took almost two weeks with no heads up. I mentioned that in my review and Acegolf emailed me, apologized and made a generous concession, and offered a full refund if I didn't want clothing. I did want to keep clothing and this company is legit and the most pro-responsive company I have EVER dealt with. They have won me back with their outstanding communication and care. I bless them for their honesty, fast communication, generosity.

Absolutely top notch clothing, and customer service! The materials and design are high quality! The fit is perfect (6’, 220lbs, wearing the XL)! Not too tight, not too baggy, but just right! I truly believe these are THE nicest golf shirts being made!

Matt was also very accommodating in helping me complete my purchase from the states. With quality products, and incredible service, I see this brand growing quickly… and deservedly so!
