Best car rental agency
I went to so many car rentals agencies but they charge too much amount of money for old model cars. Finally, all thanks to my friend they have recommend me to approach ace rentals and it was really worth it. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your kind and heartfelt service to me.

Getting all the facts right first up
1. It is critical that a Car Book is with the car - so you know the controls of the car, basic features, tyre pressure required for different loads and MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL THAT YOU DO NOT PUT PETROL IN A DIESEL CAR... cost to me all up $850. You have been up since 2.00am -- now 2.30pm - hundreds of kilometres and you make this mistake as you were not told and did not know it was diesel even though you peppered the agent with heaps of questions about the car not having a book you forgot this one critical question.
2. It is important to know if a fuel debt is against the car... NO ... I did not walk away from paying for $158 for fuel in April 2023 --- ok ok you have camera footage to prove this against the number plate of this car?? -- but this is a hired van... not mine. Look you are stuck in the bush and now as well as being embarrassed accused of a default payment (now in March 2024) you are messed about with getting fuel...their response ... ok ok you look honest ... good grief.
The car/van should be marked it is a Hired Vehicle - cheapest advertising of all...paul thomas 0472703447

Dear Paul, Thats a nice detailed experience that you have written. However, you have conveniently forgotten to mention that you signed the contract and the vehicle inspection report which clearly says that it is a Diesel vehicle. Moreover, there is a bold sticker on the Toyota van that you hired, clearly stating "Diesel" on the fuel lid. Its your mistake wise guy and you paid for it. I hope you learn from it and never make this mistake again. Next time when you drive long distance, we would recommend a strong dose of coffee. Have a good life. Thanks, Ace Rent A Car
