This is the third time I have purchased a car from Acklam Cars and the experience just gets better and better. They have the finest examples and an excellent choice. The best thing about them is their ability to structure deals that work - especially with a car to PX. Richard offered exceptional service and could not do enough to help - he offered some great advice throughout the process. I am very happy with my purchase and I will be sure to return to Acklam.

We'd seen what we were looking for on the internet at AC, and with the garage we would normally use letting us down we thought we'd go and have a look. We were introduced to Richard who was great, not over powering like some sales can be. We didn't go for our first choice that day but Richard stayed on the case and in a few days he had found exactly what we were looking for. Vehicle bought. We are now looking to purchase our second vehicle through Richard as we couldn't fault him or the company. Wont go anywhere else now.

What a wonderful customer service experience. I would give 10 stars for the easy way Joe guided me through the whole process. He sorted out everything including organising a warranty and breakdown cover and putting our own numberplate on the car. The free delivery service was excellent, the car arriving in an enclosed vehicle. Living on the south coast and usually buying a car while sitting in the local showroom I was a bit apprehensive with buying at such a distance. However the process was straightforward and I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership and Joe again. Thank you for all your help and attention.
