Shelim was fabulous, couldn’t fault him - really helpful and friendly, not pushy in the slightest. Really appreciated being able to test drive unaccompanied, made it so much easier. I just missed out on the first car I test drove but Shelim soon found me another that was identical and allowed me to reserve it so I wouldn’t miss out.
My only slightly negative feedback (and not enough to take away a star!) is that when I took the car away the petrol light was on meaning my very first drive after buying it was a bit panicked. Car also had no mats in which surprised me a little bit but they were easy enough to order online.
On the whole though, great experience and I would recommend Thame Cars and will use again.

From the beginning we were asked about the type of motoring we do and then discussed the options of petrol, Hybrid and Plug In Hybrid in order to ensure that the new vehicle was best suited to our needs.

This is the seventh car I have bought from Thame Cars over twenty years and apart from doing a test drive I no longer feel the need to check over the vehicle. The cars on offer are carefully selected to be of the highest standard with low mileage and known service record. We also know that if we have any issues or concerns they will be dealt with efficiently and courteously.

At hand-over Shelim took the time to explain the features of the Niro and even set up my mobile phone. We are thoroughly enjoying the Kia Niro PHEV. Thank you all very much, it makes changing cars a pleasure !

Shalem met us on arrival with a smile and a handshake and from then on the car buying process was a seamless and enjoyable process. Nothing was too much trouble and the coffee flowed. The car we were looking at was presented in an immaculate condition and there were no pressure tactics to buy any add- ons. An enjoyable process.

I found that Thame Cars are very professional and courteous and have a good stock of used cars at reasonable prices. Senior Sales executive Shelim is very helpful and knows all about the cars he is selling, but doesn't pressure you for a sale.

I had a good car buying experience with Thame Cars. Shelim was very welcoming and professional all the way through. I was changing the make and model of car that I had driven for many years so was a little out of my comfort zone. Shelim was very helpful with advice and patiently let me test drive several cars and was happy to answer my many questions . I have taken out the three year service plan for my new car even though I don’t live particularly near by as I feel I would trust them to do a good job . Would definitely recommend them.

I was searching for a car, and found one on Thamecars.co.uk. on 10th February 2026.
It was a Kia Niro Hybrid.
I called them and reserved it for £99 refundable, I went the next day to test drive it, we liked it, there was no pressure to buy it, no hard sell, we got a reasonable price for our old car. the sales person Shelim was knowledgeable about the car and all the technology. We have had the car for a week now, we had a query and it was resolved immediately.
We are very happy with the whole experience.
I would definitely recomend them.
