Do not subscribe they will not cancel it when requested

I had subscribed approximately 13 months ago. I canceled my subscription about 6 months ago because I did not need it anymore. Cost was $390 per month. The message I received when I canceled it was "Your subscription will be canceled soon" I tried to unattach my stripe payment but it stated that the default payment method cannot be deleted. I believed it was canceled, then, 12 months after I subscribed, there was the fee on my card. I tried to cancel it again, same message, still not able to remove default payment method. Now I am trying to dispute it through my bank. Ridiculous.

Straight up wouldn't have 7 figures in my bank account without Acquire.com. Simple as that. They also picked me up, never gave up when buyers were shady.

Good platform, but not enough value for such fee

Sold a business thorough Acquire on Jan 2025 for 6 figs, all went smooth, team responsive, helped with profile, pnl and other supporting documentation.
But, fee was high, for value you get, it's not fair enough.
I think it should be buyer/seller fee split or even full buyer fee like other platforms do..

Literal scam

Literal scam. They take your money, and never advertise your business for longer than 2 weeks if they don't like it. For example for dropshipping businesses, your URL gets "ghosted" after some time.

This should be illegal... since they continue to take your fee every month!!!

Dropshipping, ecommerce, SaaS, content sites, and many other categories are all welcome on Acquire, and thousands of these listings get active buyer interest every day.

Your listing also never gets “ghosted.” Visibility is primarily driven by buyer demand, listing quality, and whether it’s fully completed with the information buyers look for (financials, metrics, screenshots, etc.). Our support team is always happy to help improve a listing so it reaches the right buyers.

As for billing — we never continue charging without consent. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and our team can assist immediately if there’s ever an issue.

very bad

0 result. Only "bot" requests, especially the days before renewal. No Option to cancel the subscription on the billing page. This seems all very well planned to make maximum subscription revenue for acquire.com

Regarding cancellation — subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing page. If you weren’t able to see that option, it may have been related to your account settings, and we’d be happy to take a look and resolve it immediately.

I never had an issue resolved by a company in 5 minutes before my experience with Acquire. I sent an email and received what felt like an immediate response from an actual person. Excellent customer service and pleasant back-and-forth with Matt!

The buyer pool quality and customer service are both outstanding. I am so grateful for their service. I really am blown away with their level of attentiveness to get deals through. They also have very reasonable success fees. Highly recommend.
