Excellent company to work with. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Would recommend.

I have been very happy with the service provided by acre properties and have found the agent that has been assisting me (Chris Twiselton) to be extremely helpful and proactive in addressing any problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others

My mother has rented a property with the Acre Properties since February 2012 in Chiswick, London. In all those years they have genuinely looked after both her and the property, providing friendly, helpful assistance whatever the issue, whether it be a spotlight not working in the kitchen to sending an electrician around within a couple of hours when there was a temporary problem with the boiler switch. As she lives alone I am always eager to ensure that she is okay and that everything is running smoothly with her and the flat, and knowing that she is in a property that is so well maintained and that she has grown to trust AcreProperties means so much to me, as I can be sure that she is comfortable and happy in her home. They have always carried out checks on the property, have always addressed any issues or problems my mum might have and have always been at the end of a phone should she need anything. I know that she has been happier living here than anywhere else because the property is so lovely and because she likes and trusts the team who really have gone out of their way to look after her and provide a fantastic service. All the team have been so warm and helpful, in particular Ben and especially Chris Twiselton, who showed my mum the property all those years ago and who has always been so kind and helpful. I know that they have all helped to make my mum feel happy and comfortable in her home and I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you all, it means so much.

I have repaired the domestic appliance's for Acre Properties for over 10 years. They are my longest serving client and are a joy to work for. Always very thorough and easy to deal with.

Acre properties are an amazing team to rent from. All the staff are extremely helpful and professional, i highly advise using them!

I have done many jobs for acre and I can say they always listen to the contractor and don’t cut corners to save money. The team that looks after the properties always act quickly and insist on feed back to keep the tenants in the loop. If your looking for a place in west London definitely give them a try.

I live at property for 9 years. I am very happy with Acre. Chris will always help me. Thank you.

I can't recommend Acre Properties enough. All the staff have been professional, personal and nothing is too much trouble. The whole process for us renting has been easy thanks to them. Super team!!

Acre Properties is excellent in managing the property.
From the quick and easy process of renting the room to always be available to solve nay problems in the flat.
Recently the fire alarm kept beeping throughout the night, and a person was sent to fix it the same day.

The staff at Acre properties are excellent, they are happy and helpful and always ready to help us out where they can. I would certainly recommend their services on to others.

I have been living in an Acre properties flat for 4 years. They are very attentive and quick in solving any problem.
The website is very useful especially the tool to request an repair needed at the flat.

I’ve always met very friendly and nice people working at Acre Properties. They keep me updated about any change and news about the flat and the building in general. Also, if there is any problem they’re very keen to help and quickly fix any issue. The website works very well and I’m happy about the service they provided during the four years I’ve been living in one of their flats.

Professional, friendly, flexible and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Acre Properties services! It's been a pleasure dealing with them to date!

Rented with Acre for over a year.
Well maintained properties in good locations.
Really easy to comunicate with the office and if we had problems Acre sorted within 24 hours.
Finally, my property included All bills. The rent is affordable and realistic... they don't take you for a ride like some estate agents.

Very professional service from all the staff.
I have been a tenant for 9 years.

I had a great overall experience with Acre Properties. Moving in was quick and easy, and my flat was excellent value for money. Communication with the management was efficient and any reported issues were tended to quickly. Given the opportunity, I would choose to rent with Acre Properties again in the future.

This is the first time I've used Acre Properties and i couldn't be happier with the service. The staff have all been super helpful and really transparent across all our emails and meetings.

They have been quick to reply to any of my questions and I've always felt really confident in them and i can definitely say it's a company of integrity.

Even when i went into the office, they had a really professional & family like environment. They made me feel really welcomed - especially Anuj and Natalia.

I would recommend this agency as a trusted company hands down!

My dealings with Acre Properties has been as a third party on behalf of a family member. The staff there have been amazing, especially Chris, and the assistance provided by them has been faultless. Communication has been excellent and I would recommend Acre to anyone looking for a property or for an existing tenant who needs advice or guidance as these are definately the guys to speak to. Thank you again for all your help and assistance.
